The service was awful, as we were pushed towards buying things we never mentioned interest in. We were looking for a nice bong for a reasonable price, as we are not super rich or anything. The male employee who was assisting us never once let us inspect the bong before we purchased it. He packaged it so quickly too, so we didn't have time to notice the flaws. We inspected it in the car and noticed the flaws immediately and tried to take it back for an exchange or refund, only to be met with a "sorry, there's nothing I can do". We have bought many bongs and pieces from this shop, but have never received such bad service.

Any issues I had would probably be overlooked by 90% of people who go to tractor supply. I bathe my poodle at home almost once a week, we had some extra time so I wanted to check out the pet wash station. There was a variety of tools and shampoos, only one conditioner, I could tell by how her coat feels they're probably not as high end as the ones I use at home bc I could feel a difference in texture, but next time I'll just bring my own. The overall set up is nice, though I was disappointed in the grooming tools having hair on them and no sanitizer provided to disinfect prior/post use. The dryer was less than great, the $80 One I bought on Amazon dries her in 8 minutes (23lbs for reference) and it had to be over 45 minutes with theirs- the hose has a crack by the nozzle so I had to scrunch it to stop the air from escaping which wasn't exactly comfortable, but didn't hinder the process too much, nor do I think that it made it take longer. Maybe the texture difference is from the dryer and not the shampoo, either way we left with her hair 85% dry unfortunately. Overall it was worth $10. You pay prior at the register and they give you a towel Just wish there were better dryers with different nozzles for different coats, and a heat function, she was shivering bc it took so long and the towel provided wasn't absorbent. Signs explaining what's expected in terms of clean up after you're done and sanitizer are needed. I'd give cleanliness a 6/10 overall, it was only 10:30am too. Hope this helps, it's a great option if you're from out of town and want a quick diy bath.
