He took the time to make sure the phone and the line were working before we left the store. Even though it was a tedious long operation with eating for TMobile to release the number, Dale stayed very pleasant and helpful. We did not in any way feel rushed or told it was easy to do on our own at home! I'd say we had the best customer service anyone could hope for! Thank you Dale:)

New phone was fine except for camera focus issues, which are critical since my job requires taking many detail-oriented photos very close up. Very frustrated, no answers even after calling Verizon and trying a closer store near my home. Called this location, very angry, Shane found a local store for me, worked out some acceptable phone/plan options to my benefit in case it couldn't be resolved, and called ahead to brief the local store on the situation, all in about 10 minutes. Local store fixed everything up in short order, really appreciated Shane's great customer service.

He wanted to make sure he fully understood my concerns and double-checked that I was aware a factory reset would wipe my info before he proceeded. Even though he ran into a few unexpected issues, he still fixed it quickly and took the time to answer all of my questions. Compared to Geek Squad, this was faster, more affordable, and much more personal. When I was in a total panic, Quinten was calm and reassuring. I'll never go anywhere else--Quinten is the best!"

Anyway, tears and panic ensued. I knew to turn it off and flip it over but watching cider drip from between the keys, I also knew I was going to need help getting this thing dried out. We brought it to this shop, and the told the staff what happened. The customer service was amazing. They were so helpful, didn't preach or lecture, they took it right away, scrubbed it, took it apart, dried it out, put it back together, and had it back to us in under 30 minutes. Coming here was the best decision. I would definitely recommend this place.

Well Verizon said the loyalty credit was never applied for and the pixel was full price. So, Verizon gave me the loyalty credits towards my s23's then conference called TCC about the pixel. The Manager didn't know what what plan he saw a free pixel on but agreed to send a check in full for the google 7a that I could apply toward the balance. 6 months ago and no check. Shady is the best way to describe the place. Next time going to a REAL Verizon store. I advise you to do the same...
