I do wish the room that we practiced in was a bit more spacious (it is about the size of a walk in closet ) . After my last two lessons, I was given chords to practice at home on my keyboard (which is a good way of staying fresh and keep the progress going ) . I feel like the previous 2 star reviews here on Yelp are a bit harsh , since the staff has been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating (even when I am running late.) He has really helped my son find new styles of music and new artists to explore. They do offer recitals and rock band practice, but my son is pretty introverted so we haven't participated in them yet. It has that old-school store vibe, but all the latest and greatest in everything. So much better than buying from a corporation and not seeing where your money goes.
