Two weeks ago I made my first purchase/investment into American Silver Eagles. I'm terrible at…read moresaving money and this is my strategy for turning my CASH into an investment I can physically hold and in a TRUE EMERGENCY could use as collateral for a loan OR sell outright within 24 hours. No more impulse shopping at Best Buy. They don't take silver coins if ya wanna buy a new flat-screen TV! LOL My initial visit to the coin shop was not the best. It was clear I was a novice. Even openly admitted that this was my first time BUT I was ready to pull the trigger. After about 10 minutes into chatting with the shop owner, he pulled back the inventory he had out on the table (about 5 rolls of ASEs and some individual GOLD Eagles) and said, "You are not ready." I WAS SHOCKED! He told me I needed to do more research and he wasn't comfortable selling to me. "TAKE MY MONEY!" Man, am I glad that he did that! That night I was all over the Internet clicking, reading and learning all about ASEs. Downloaded several apps to my phone as well. The next day, I revisited his shop and he sold me my first mint roll of 20 ASEs for $420 CASH! Not only was I a more informed buyer/investor, BUT after shopping online and calling a shop in Dallas & Austin, I got the best deal I could find ANYWHERE. Every other broker/seller of mint rolls of ASEs was quoting $450 - $460 + tax + shipping for the roll of 20 ASEs in the U.S. mint tube. My mint tube of twenty 2011 American Silver Eagles was $420 CASH! I was ready to invest AND saved between $50 - $100. SCORE! MORAL OF THE STORY... Learn as much as you can before taking the plunge. Read as many of the guides like the one above. You will feel confident, buy at he right price from the right seller and maybe even prevent some buyer's remorse. HAPPY INVESTING! It's covered in flags, with his banners and flags all up and down the docks. All those bait shops' signs advertising shrimp and minnows? Flags Over Texas made them! The flags are durable, colorful, and attention getting! Flags Over Texas has a great selection of the typical flags that you'd expect to see in South Texas. They've got all the mounting and lighting accessories that you'd ever need as well. If you wanna mount a flagpole in your yard to salute every morning, he can provide it. Rockport has recently tightened up their city codes on pylon depths for things like flagpoles or signs, but Flags Over Texas is up to speed on all of that.
