The price of their wireless services is never the issue; it's the lack of customer service at the smaller stores. There's just not enough people on hand to help folks! My last trip to this store was the same way. I walked in to find myself fourth in line to be waited on. There was only one service person there to tend to all these people! I had to leave and go across the street to Walmart to buy a new phone case. I don't know what the other customers ahead of me were wanting to do, but if it's for a new phone or service I could have had to wait a couple of hours. Not going to happen! I'm still looking at this T-Mobile store. I don't want to replace this disaster with a similar one!

The issue was that she was the only AT&T person onsite and was painfully short on knowledge. She didn't even have someone she could call for help other than a corporate number that she didn't try to reach. This trip was a total waste of my time and has significantly changed my mind about AT&T. My wife and I had just yesterday looked at pricing with their competition. Each different carrier had basically the same charges for the bundle package we have now.
