They didn't test it, didn't check anything, just took the money and sent me on my way with a tool that DID NOT START even once. After wasting my time and driving 30 minutes back to the store, the employees confirmed exactly what I told them -- the chainsaw wouldn't start at all. And even after THEY failed to get it running, they still refused to take responsibility. No refund. No replacement. No solution. Just excuses and "go somewhere else." This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of accountability. Selling a dead tool and then pushing customers away is not customer service -- it's negligence. I will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend avoiding this store if you value your time, money, and basic respect as a customer.

The most striking things about my visit today were the genuinely nice store associates and the amount of merchandise in stock! I bought two heaters today: one for my daughter's bonus room and another for her office at school. My daughter's bonus room is heated but it's still chilly up there. My wife and daughter will be spending a lot of time up there in the next few days wrapping Christmas presents and hiding them from my grandkids! Great Northern Tool is my new go to place for anything tool or gardening related stuff! I can find no fault with this store whatsoever! Believe me ; I do have a critical eye! And stranger than that, there are also two other wireless stores in the same shopping center! This is a small mall anchored by Dickey's BBQ! I suppose there's a logical reason to have four different mobile phone stores in the same place although the logic escapes me. Each carrier obviously has their own competitive strong points. In the case of Cricket, they maintain their lead on their competition with best rates on multi-line use. Their value family plans are superior to most other carriers. This store has a lot of parking and that's not an issue. I didn't see any customers enter this store today.

One was mostly notions and fabric and supplies and the other two rooms were filled with sewing machines, so if you're looking for Bernina and I saw Brother they had definitely a large inventory on display. Also a featherweight on a shelf. Not sure if there are any other brands tucked away. From a windows view, I am looking forward to a second visit to go inside.

Naturally the best selection and pricing around my home is Cherokee Small Engine. I was confused as to which model I needed. The very knowledgeable owner (unbelievably honest) suggested the cheapest one in stock. At my age he knew I didn't need a commercial one. He very kindly took the line off the spool and showed me how to rethread it. He also spent a large amount of time teaching me how to start and stop it. It's been a long time since an owner of any kind of shop spent this much time helping me. Was this a great experience buying my new weed eater? You bet it was! The total cost was 302.39 USD. Cherokee Small Engine is owned by a husband and wife team and it's obviously a profitable venture. I very much like this whole operation. I very strongly recommend!
