She didn't even have someone she could call for help other than a corporate number that she didn't try to reach. This trip was a total waste of my time and has significantly changed my mind about AT&T. My wife and I had just yesterday looked at pricing with their competition. Each different carrier had basically the same charges for the bundle package we have now.
