Had a bad experience from sales representative in the Greenwood Store named Blake Phongprija he is…read morea new employe never seen him before went in last Monday September 5,2022. Wanted too upgrade my phone and add a new line. First of all he doesn't know how too greet a customer, he acts really shy and he gets frustrated like he doesn't know what he is doing. took about 2 1/2 hours and he still couldn't get it right, he had to ask another employee how too fix the problem don't know where he came from but he needs more training on how to treat customers and how to do his job. He truly needs to be in another profession. If anyone goes in the Greenwood AT&T please don't ask for Blake Phongprij.

So I went by to see it at AT&T just for kicks but the second I walked in the door the difference in the level of service I was receiving made it clear to me that I needed to switch to AT&T. Best decision I ever made. I have purchased every iPhone that has come out from this store since the first model. The store is clean and has nice displays that allow you to see all the latest gear.

My phone case has been replace once and my glass screen multiple times. I will always come back to order from casemate because of this. The only issue is that they're only open to 6 pm so it's difficult to get in contact with them at times. Other than that I encourage people to buy from them. Shawn took care of it. Once we described the symptoms he had us leave it with him and about an hour latter he called my phone and told us we had two options. We could have him wipe the phone, which would lose all her information and photos or he could uninstall suspect apps that had been installed by the grandkids. We chose the second option.
