I tried to contact through phone and the site only had the option to e-mail customer service. So I e-mailed and instead of a real person I received a reply from "Rosey Rootwell", an AI. After several e-mails back and forth "Rosey" could never find my order, even though I provided the order number from the shipping invoice and included my address, so it was suppose to be forwarded to an actual person. Wow what a concept! That was more than 48 hours ago and still no word, after some more research I found a customer service phone number. When I called I got a message that customer service was closed for the summer!! The message said to leave a message, but the phone call was ended and I was not able to leave a message. Then I tried to call their wholesale customer service number. There was no answer but I was able to leave a message but it said that they would get back as soon as possible. While I totally understood that mistakes happen the lack of any way to resolve the issue has really soured my experience with them!
