I recently went into this establishment for the first time. When I entered the shop. I saw a young…read morelady helping a customer. I looked around the shop and saw folks in the back. I didn't have on my glasses so I couldn't see what was going on towards the back of the store. I just knew folks were in the back of the shop. I asked the young lady that was helping the customer should I wait for her to help me or can the folks in the back help me. She was rude and flippant with me. She said sarcastically "yes that's why they are behind the counter, you think? I went to the back of the store " I'm injured, so I'm a crutches". There were 5 people behind the counter. There was one customer being help. None of them ask could they help me. Eventually I had to lean on the counter because my ankle was hurting. I stood there twenty mins. I asked one Customer service guy if he could help me he said, no he was at lunch. I continue to stand there in pain when a lady behind the counter finally asked if she could help me. This is a horrible place. I felt very uncomfortable and will never step one foot in that establishment.

If a guitar…read moreships in that's not up to their standards, they take it apart right there in the store and make it better, or send it back. Friendly people without being creepy. Ask the owner an intelligent question and unlock the deep well of well seasoned opinion. Their focus is definitely on quality, mixed with reasonable prices. She did not drop her iPad , she didn't do anything to it and it literally just cracked indicating that this company does not provide quality work. I paid $135 to get it fixed 3 weeks ago and when I called the the refused to repair it for free. They charged me the same amount that I paid 3 weeks prior. I called Metro on the 5th of this month to order phone service for my brother who could get more…read morework if he had phone service. I only ordered one phone. Metro sent two phones and debited my bank account twice for $40 each. I didn't find out about the second phone until was brother was able to get home about a week after they were delivered. From my place to my brothers and back to mine is a seventy-eight mile round trip walk. Not going to happen. Metro refused to pay UPS to go by his place and pick up the second phone. He is no condition to walk to the nearest UPS store.

She was rude from the moment I went into the store for the return. She told me that I needed to wait until I received a label from T-Mobile because I had cancelled the home internet. I responded that the sales person over the phone said I could return it in the store. Daisha told me that if I cancelled service that I had to wait on the label. She did all this before looking at her computer. I asked her to check to see if I still have service and lo and behold once she checked her computer I still have service until April 6th. This set the tone for our interaction. She was rude the whole time and not once spoke or apologized for the fact that she was wrong. When she had to go to the back to get some return stickers, she yelled for the entire store to hear, "Lord Jesus, 6 o'clock can't get here fast enough." That was when I had to tell her as I was leaving she was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in a long time. T-Mobile doesn't have to worry about my business ever again id that is the type of employees they hire. And to add salt to the wound the manager did nothing.
