She proceeded to hand me a slip of paper with phone numbers to call and dismissed my concerns & got up and walked away I felt like a no sale, no time attitude. After finding out I did have insurance, my wife & I went back in where she greeted us. I explained that I do infact have insurance on the phone and asked if she could help us since we are both a little older and not sure how to proceed Shaking her head No. A younger guy approached thought maybe manager he too said nothing they could do. I said customer service is extremely important to me, and I am a long term Customer and would be willing to use this store as my goto from now on. I was told they aren't owned by AT&T they just sell their products and services like if you bought a new car, you wouldn't expect the salesman to change your oil! Not knowing I was a Sales Manager for 16 years in New car Dealerships in henderson area I replied "No but I would Assist them in an appointment with our service dept" Her response was something like Should've known you were a car salesman. When you contact their support they are unable or unwilling to fix our slow internet. I am too afraid to try the satellite providers because I have had people tell me they are as bad and lock you into a contract or charge you ridiculous termination fees if you are not satisfied with them. If you live in a rural area like us, you are just screwed and if you have AT&T you are paying for being screwed!

I watched customers walk out of the store never being approached by ATT representative. An elderly couple had a question about the Map Quest app. Representative gave a quick response to delete app and re open app. You could see the elderly couple were a bit confused, especially if they recently purchased the smart phone from ATT. Not sure exactly what was said by the husband at that point, but the RUDE millennial male quickly said you can leave! I don't have to wait on you. At that moment six customers walked out of ATT because of the lack of courteous customer care.

They try to tell you…read moreyou must buy insurance, you tell them know and they put it on anyway and when you try to get it off they try to tell you no if it's been longer than a month. 2. They put on a $5 upgrade charge even if you tell them no. 3. They mixed up which phone went with which number and created havoc in our house. 4. They screwed up our trade in and it's if I hadn't called would have never been done. And appointment times there are a waste. Add 30-50 minutes to your actual time to to even talk to someone. Don't blame everything on Rona as this should actually help them! The people in this store have no idea what they are doing and I can't in my right mind go back. I selected the in-store pickup option for equipment. When I arrived at the store in Henderson, I was greeted by "Billy" (William Miller) who called unprofessionally called me the "lady of the hour." I told him why I was there. Instead of simply giving me the equipment, he kept repeating that he wished I had come to see him instead of enrolling online because he "could have given" me "like, six coupons." Then he pretended to look me up in the computer and told me that "they" (Spectrum online?) had me down for the lowest speed internet, the least amount of television channels, and the lowest of everything. I told him that was very confusing considering I had just called to confirm my order and my pricing, and that I had never signed up for anything besides internet to begin with. He screwed with the computer for a minute and then said he "changed it back for me." Liar. I still had to ask more than once that they just please hand over the equipment I was there to pick up. Little Billy was obviously just trying to get a commission, I guess. I called into Spectrum again and spoke with Marvin, who again confirmed my original online services and while he remained very professional the entire time, also confirmed and apologized that Billy from the store was indeed trying to take advantage of me.
