It you are looking for 50 of the Sports game titles they have you covered, you want to pay CIB price for a Loose disc in a home made case (think GameStop) they have you covers ... not many CIB games mostly game in home made poorly printed cases, or sun bleached. If you are a collector this is not the place ... common titles, lots of trash EA sports titles, pricing slightly above PriceCharting and while it looks like there is a lot there, there is tons of duplicate. Buyer beware! You may end up buying stolen merchandise. I had a Nintendo switch stolen by someone I thought I could trust. I knew they frequented Super Mega Replay and contacted Super Mega Replay and gave them my switch serial number. They told me they had nothing matching that number. However, I had also reported my switch stolen and filed a report with EPD and gave them my switch serial number. Two days later, interestingly enough, my serial number popped two days later at Super Mega Replay when they sold my switch for cash! Hmm...interesting! read more

Stopped by on my way home from a trip. Purchased a lot of things, 300+ dollars worth. Got home which is 3 hours away and went to watch a tv series I bought and the discs were not in the case. Looked through the rest of my items and found another without the disc also. Called the store and explained the situation. I was told they would mail the discs to me since it was their error. Waited a few weeks and never received the discs. After a few weeks I called the store again for an update. They looked and the disc were not filed anymore. I was told the manager would call me back with an update. It's been two more weeks and still no discs and still no call back. Very disappointed in the service. read more

Their prices on things for sale are rather high- in some cases higher than you would be able to buy the exact item for new at a retail location. They buy items at a reasonable price- especially if your alternative is to have a yard sale or donate it.. But, you never know what treasures you may find... read more

They have really good prices and some good used stuff but they have awful customer service and they don't stand behind any of their used items. I bought at $50 universal remote by linksys. It could only be registered once so you had to have the previous owners email address and password. It was useless and couldn't be sold 2nd hand. I returned it 2 hours after I bought it and could only get store credit. A few months later I use my store credit to buy an Xbox 360 quiz game with buzzers for controllers. It didn't come with the IR sensor to connect the controllers so it was useless. Again only offered store credit back. They have a sign in the window that says they buy all Apple Products. I tried to sell an Apple TV and no one there had any idea what it was. Lastly I asked for assistance from one of three employees who were just standing around behind the counter. I wanted to see if a product was compatible with xbox 360 and it was on a rack near the ceiling. They told me "From here it doesn't look like it will work for what you need". It was all the way across the store. Seriously??? Don't let me bother ya, just hold that counter up. read more

Pricing is fair. Definitely competes with pawn shops and game stop in that area. But I don't recommend selling items here. The pay the least in the area. For example I had them price a sell on an iPad mini 1st gen they offered $40.00 and game stop offered $85.00 the same day. read more

I used to frequent this store regularly for my retro gaming needs. Unfortunately there were 3 instances where the quality of their products were sub-par. Instance 1, I attempted to buy a classic Gameboy. The lady with blond/pink hair was extremely rude and when I asked if she could test the product before I bought it she got belligerent and proceeded to inform me on their rigorous testing policies. I insisted anyways, and surprise, it was broken. Instance 2, I purchased a 3D movie from them and didn't check to see if they gave me all the discs until I got home. Well, guess what the one disc I wanted (3D) was not included. Needless to say they siding make it right. The 3rd instance, I bought a Retron 3 console from them, they told me it was an open box unit and guaranteed it would work. Since I was unaware of any problems with these consoles unlike a 20 yr old gameboy I took their word for it. I took the console home and gave it to my 10 yr old son who is getting into retro games. Needless to say he was upset to find out the system didn't even power on. I immediately called them to rectify my issues with the quality of their product and they told me the best they can do is replace the unit with a new one off the shelf. So 2 days later I make the 50+ mile drive to exchange the item. And guess what not only did they not exchange the item they tried to blame me. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE, THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO RIP YOU OFF! read more

I've been into the east side Super Mega Replay 3 times. The first two times I received bad customer service and even worse information about the game systems. I thought maybe I had just talked to a bad employee so I decieded to give them another shot.I walked in ready to buy a game system and some games to go along with it. I walked over to the game systems and waited...and waited. Finally I said in a loud voice, "Excuse me, but, can I get some help down here? Both guys behind the counter just looked at me and then went back to what they were doing. I litrally had my money in my hand and I waited and waited. It kind of became a game to see just how long these two bozos were going to make me wait. Don't waste your time or money here...bad information and bad service to an extreme. I'll NEVER go back. I immediatley left and went to Game Stop. The prices are better. The man who waited on me at Game Stop was knowledgable and courteous, AND the prices were cheaper. I walked out of Game Stop with an extra controller and a free game with my system cheaper than if I had bought it at SMR. Spare yourself some aggrevation and money and go to Game Stop. They have a much better and larger game selection at Game Stop also. read more

Although they have a good selection of used games their prices are higher than average and they completely fail at customer service. I bought a copy of a used ps3 game there and after going out to my car realized that it was an older version that was no longer supported by the developer and couldn't be used online any more. They refused to issue a refund even though the product was unusable and i hadn't even left the parking lot. The disk may not have been scratched but it was still unusable in respect to its advertised features. The manager was very rude and seemed smug about not allowing returns. I was able to get them to let me put it towards an xbox 360 copy of the rereleased version as opposed to the ps3 version of the first release. The newer version was 30 as opposed to 10 dollars and cost more there used than it would on amazon new. I had gone there quite a few times before but i guarantee that will be my last time. read more

I would advise against making purchases at Super Mega Replay on Green River Road. We purchased a Retron NES console from them a little over a week ago. We were assured when we purchased it it would work on our TV. It did not work on our TV. My girlfriend tried to take it back and they refused, even though its within the grace period and we have a receipt. The receipt says they only accept defective items, although they assured me in person that if it didn't work they would accept a refund. Fair warning. Great place to buy and sell! Video games, blu rays and movies are the cheapest around. The staff is always friendly and helpful! I gave only 4 stars because the amount of stuff on the furniture side looks disorganized and its hard to look through everything sometimes because they have so much. But, it seems like they have been getting in a lot of nicer stuff, in terms of home goods, so hopefully that continues! Apparently they are doing some sort of remodel, but I don't know when it is going to be. It sounds like they are making the store into a bigger place for electronics, movies and gaming stuff. So, we will see what happens! read more

If I could give this zero stars I would! Do NOT go here. These people are crooks they are terrible with customer service and are downright rude. We got a game for our child and got home an hour away only to see it was the wrong game in the case we also had been told we could bring back any game within 14 days for a refund ,no defective stipulation was mentioned. So we went in and got a full refund for the game and they would not refund us for the other two they said I had to sell them back. I figured okay maybe I'll lose a dollar or so.. no I lost eleven dollars on that. He had already rung it up and had it refunded before I could say yes or no. I was mad but went to use the store credit up on a new game. I got a newer one and an older one a GameCube game. I specifically said hey please verify it's the right game he opened it said see it's right and quickly closed it pulling them back. I was in a hurry left and was distracted by how I got ripped off on the refund to see that once again one of the cases had another game that was wrong in it. I probably should have checked but I thought nah he checked it right in front of me it's good. Wrong. What's even worse is it was a regular sized disc and everyone knows GameCube discs are tiny. This place will rob you and cheat you and although they have some really nice things the customer service and issues are not worth it. Also you can be looking right at someone needing a question answered and they will all ignore you or keep talking to one another. Head to game stop at least they have never done anything like this! read more
