I purchased a washer at Kings that only lasted a year, I had also purchased a waranty. The warranty company assigned B and M electronics to fix the washer. The process has been a nightmare!! My washer went out on July 13 and it is now September 15 and my waste is still broke. B and M electronics has been to my home 7/23, 8/15 and 9/5 and each time the give you a 5 hour window that they will show and usually show up at the end of that window. Each time they showed they have brought the wrong parts. When I call to check the status they are rude and claim they are waiting on authorization. Although the technician on our fridge repair was very pleasant, his fix on our icemaker did not work as promised. This was a warranty repair and when I called B&M (within 1 business day) to request additional repair, they reported that they had closed the claim, billed the warranty company and would not stand by their work with a return visit. I would encourage this company to reevaluate their standards on customer service and insure that repairs are satisfactory before billing. read more

This review is based on contractual work with a manufacturer (Samsung). B&M may do a fine job with small appliances that are brought to them, but we did not have that issue, so I am only reviewing work they do for manufacturers. We had a Samsung washer that began making a clunking sound during the spin cycle. Samsung had us contact B&M for repair. On 5/12 a B&M employee was at our home to determine the issue with our washer. They determined the washer would need to be taken to B&M to be repaired, the repair would take 1-2 days and they would get the washer once the parts were in; we could continue to use the washer in the meantime. 5/16: Two B&M employees removed our washer from our home. One stated they were not supposed to take the pedestal, but they did anyway and noted on our service paperwork there was no damage to our property when they removed it. 5/19: We reached out to get an update and were told the parts had been ordered. We did not receive responses to our inquiries until 5/26 when we were told they had 3 of 4 parts. Ultimately, Samsung determined the 4th part could not be obtained and they would replace the washer under warranty, but B&M still had our pedestal. 6/17: We were told our pedestal would be delivered by the end of the week, but it wasn't. 6/23: Received the pedestal in shrink wrap and set it aside until the new washer arrived. 7/18: New washer arrived, but the technicians were not able to install it on the pedestal because when the pedestal was unwrapped, we found out it was dented and could not support the washer. Contacted B&M via email with a photo of the damaged pedestal. They agreed to replace it and requested the damaged one. We asked that the new one be installed which would put us back in the same position as when B&M removed the original washer and pedestal from our home. 7/25: B&M let us know they were going to charge $250 for the installation. We contacted Samsung to see if the cost could be mitigated, but they do not warranty pedestals. 8/1 & 8/7: updates from B&M regarding delivery of the pedestal and installation as we are not going to pay $250 since the damage was caused by them. They did not respond until a photo of their employee on our dryer and the dent they left in it was sent to them. Then they agreed to install the pedestal, but only if we would sign a waiver saying we release B&M from any responsibility if the pedestal was not installed correctly or any further damage to our property was caused by B&M and waiving our rights to bring legal action. We told B&M we would not sign a waiver. B&M told us it would take multiple employees to move the washer and install it on the pedestal and that "anything can happen" - exactly! They had previously damaged our property (with no offer to fix the dryer) so why would we give our rights away? If they did not have proper technicians to put us in the same condition we were in before they entered our home (a washer installed on a pedestal) they should have remedied the situation at their cost not tried to charge us or have us sign a waiver. We finally just had them deliver the new pedestal and gave them the old one as we had agreed to do. So from May until August, all B&M did was damage our pedestal and dryer. Now we have a pedestal with no way to get it installed. Communication with B&M throughout the process was terrible. If a manufacturer sends you to B&M, request someone else. read more

They were sent by Samsung to diagnose and repair our refrigerator. They came once, diagnosed the issue(s) then they disappeared. They weren't communicative with us, jerked us around, and even flat out lied. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone do business with them. For some reason we were sent to them by Dixon Appliances in Henderson to fix our dryer which was still under warranty. It broke down around Christmas, and we have been without it that long. This company has some of the most ignorant, stupid, brain dead, unintelligent individuals I believe I have come across! Being it was the holiday didn't help, but first, this company sent someone with only 3 months experience, second they ordered the wrong parts, third they would not listen to me as the customer when I told them not to call in the mornings because we are retired and I had been just through surgery and needed my sleep. What did they do--called about 6 or 7 times early morning and stated that we had an appointment at 10:00 am. We had no such appointment. We had an appointment between 2 & 5. If I do not want to be awakened in the morning, why would I make an appt. in the morning? These people just do not listen or even care to! Then they finally come about 5:00 pm and there is a PART MISSING! Fourth?--They then called the next day and stated they could not come that day to finally fix the dryer (Oh, by the way, they had the missing part right in there office and was overlooked!) that they would have to come Saturday. I blew up! I said nothing doing, you will come today! I called Dixon's, and they are just as bad. The owner is a wuss and doesn't stand up for the customer! They FINALLY CAME TODAY LIKE I ASKED THEM TO 1/4/13 at 5:00 pm. What has happened to integrity, the customer is always right, impressions left when the customer is wronged especially in this economy. Business's should want there customers to come back for years to come. But it seems they do not! Made my first call to get my dryer fixed through my warranty company the first week of October didn't hear back from them and have someone come out until 22nd of November only to have them send a boy who obviously didn't know how to work on the unit my husband finally took it apart for him and after two and half hours he finally said I don't think I have what this needs. So then he left and I looked out 30 mins later and he drove down my hill into my yard tearing it all up and still never has been fixed he spent 2 hours there trying to get out before the owner came to pull him out. Then they sent another two guys out in December and they broke more parts trying to fix other parts and then left and said more parts would have to be ordered. Finally a third man came on the 20th of December and when we asked him where the other parts the first and second guy ordered was he said he didn't know they must have been misplaced but then quickly found out he couldn't repair either. So they decided to come get it and take it to shop since now they were calling it extensive repair. I call them and they always give me the run around. I asked about a loaner dryer since mine has been down since oct because of messing around with these people and they say they will look for one and call me back within two hours. I never get a call and when I call they act like I'm a dummy. I am beyond done messing with these people. When he messed up my yard before thanksgiving the owner told him here is a rake go take out there bad spots well my yard still has huge ruts in it from where he sat for two hours spinning his back tires in my soft yard. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. I have told every repair person that has came out and every person I have talked to on the phone and they just brush it off and say well you probably shouldn't say that. I'm just stating the truth. Unless you want to go without your appliance for a long time or have people that don't know then you can. I even told the third repair man that came out the first boy had no clue what he was doing and he said yep it's because he wasn't ever trained correctly. He said the company doent get a lot off the warranty companies because they only want to pay them one time to fix it and sometimes it take numerous trips to get it done. Umm no I don't believe it should. Finally on December 30th my dryer was brought back by a guy named Tyron ( he and a guy in the building named Bart) were the only two that listened to me and agreed that what has happened was crazy. He started to put dryer in and plug up and guess what they had taken my cord off and replaced it with another cord that would not plug up to my outlet. He called the boss and the boss had someone else meet him halfway with another cord that he could put on my dryer. He was leaving and I open the dryer only to notice that the piece in the front and never been secured and a part that they had replaced the second trip was broke again. He then called the boss again and the boss had another guy bring some screws so he could secure it. He then took pictures of the broken lint trap piece and said he would email it to the boss. After he left I had put some laundry in the dryer and had problems with it only running about 10 minutes and then shutting off after numerous attempts to dry clothes I called Tyrone back and he said he would let the owner know. The owner did call and left a voicemail and I returned his call. In the voicemail he stated he did not know why my dryer wasn't working as that he personally worked on it. I explained to him after talking to him that on censored dry it would only drive for 10 minutes and then had to be restarted several times to get the clothes to be dry. They have now stated that they will order parts and will be back out to fix when that gets to the office. Now January 10th a guy who had previously been out to work on it one other time arrived and replaced the lint trap piece and took the front off the dryer only to notice the wiring was never hooked back up for the censor dry. I told him wow that's funny because the owner previously stated in the last call that he personally worked on the dryer before it was sent back to me. He said well here it is it was never hooked back up. So after another hour of him working on my dryer it is finally working. And hope this is the last time I have to have dealings with them. I think after 4 home visits and then a office repair and 3 months is long enough. read more
