Which left me with my phone not working anymore. I had the pleasure of speaking to Yasser on the phone. I realized I had called the wrong store but he said, come in and I'll help you. Upon arriving I was greeted with a nice friendly smile of employees the store was very clean. I told Yasser my problems with my phone, I told him I was very concerned about pictures of my father on my phone I didn't want disrupted for he had passed just a year ago. He assured me he would handle it and knew exactly what was wrong with the phone. I felt comfortable leaving my phone there with him so he could work his magic he explained everything he needed to do. Step by step. I came back the next day to pick up my working phone. Yasser is definitely the phone Doctor and knows exactly what's he's doing !! 10 stars to this store for sure

Dominque became extremely rude when asked about our agreement and how to pay it off. When he was…read moreasked to print the form out so that I could have a copy to read, he became increasingly agitated. He told me I had no right to read the form for our agreement. When I asked if he has had a chance to read it (since he was "quoting it", he began yelling and saying that I was being disrespectful for asking him how he does his job. He then told me that he was no longer going to help an "ungrateful B****". He then went around to his teammates and told each one of the not to help and yelled for me to leave. One other guy laughed at him and offered to help us saying that his team mate was being over the top and the he was very sorry for his behavior. This new guy then helped us and explained the contract while pointing to each area that states what he was saying as well as printed it out for us. meanwhile Dominique was still in his teammates face yelling at him to stop helping.
