We have been Verizon customers for years. Recently, just in changing a password on my husband's iPhone caused him to not be able to access our email account from the iPhone. We worked with a couple of other Verizon consultants in a different location without any success and came back to this one today. We had been here before. We cannot say enough about Verizon. How great they are and how wonderful ALDON is with customers. He solved the problem in just a few minutes. Dominque became extremely rude when asked about our agreement and how to pay it off. When he was asked to print the form out so that I could have a copy to read, he became increasingly agitated. He told me I had no right to read the form for our agreement. When I asked if he has had a chance to read it (since he was "quoting it", he began yelling and saying that I was being disrespectful for asking him how he does his job. He then told me that he was no longer going to help an "ungrateful B****". He then went around to his teammates and told each one of the not to help and yelled for me to leave. One other guy laughed at him and offered to help us saying that his team mate was being over the top and the he was very sorry for his behavior. This new guy then helped us and explained the contract while pointing to each area that states what he was saying as well as printed it out for us. meanwhile Dominique was still in his teammates face yelling at him to stop helping. read more

After spending hours on the phone and visiting different locations, trying to switch back to Verizon, I called this office in Leesburg. The representative I spoke with said he'd be glad to help. So I went in the next morning, and the switch was made with no effort on my part.
