I had to call the store 4x's (between 945am-10am) before I got an answer on the 4th attempt. The previous attempts, someone picked up the phone and then quickly hung up because I could hear the background noise in the store. While I understand needing to assist customers in the store, a customer calling is still a customer that needs assistance. Picking up the phone & hanging up quickly does not negate the fact that I still needed assistance. It's also rude. Hopefully another customer does not experience this over the phone when they are trying to get assistance.

The process took 4 hours because of issues transferring files and photos from old phone to new phone. The manager James stated that the phone was $252 but if I spread out the payments it would be $199. Asked to be comped a screen cover and was given a small discount. After 4 hours got the phone back and many of the pics and programs were not right. Went home and called TMobile about the price thing and they stated that there was no promotion on the phone that I purchased. So went back the next day and had Chris issue a credit of $52 to my account. So after spending $30 for phone set up and another $20 for case and $10 for screen cover I feel like the store employees are only interested in sales and not customer service. Will never return to another T-Mobile store.
