Wife and I needed to separate from an existing account to a new AT &T account. We spent hours on…read moreline with Customer Service and were told to visit our local store to finalize the change, including a new phone. All was well while talking to a familiar salesperson of 20 years until he told us that he couldn't do anything. Here's the rub: Out of the blue comes an unidentified guy, no introduction or uniform/ badge, rudely talking over our 20 year salesperson confusing an already completed discussion. I called him out on his inappropriate rude behavior. This guy would not shut up even as I was walking out the door. When I again told him he was rude he threatened me with Felony Trespassing. WTF!! We're longtime customers and won't be back and neither should you. Respectfully TG.
