A year later I evidentially pushed the wrong button on the remote and we suddenly had no video. Sound on the TV but no video. I thought the amp was a problem. I took it to Axxis, and Aaron was an excellent resource. He checked out my car to determine that in fact, there was a factory installed subwoofer in place. However, there was not an amplifier or a chip - I can't remember. In any case, Aaron searched for and found the component needed and the system sounds incredibly better. My thanks to Aaron as he was very knowledgeable, dogged in finding the part that would be compatible, and knew even how to change some code that would have the system accept the now working components.
