That never happened so I went into the store. The representative who previously helped me was no longer employed there. The employee who was there could not help me. She offered to send a text to her boss but she could not resolve the issue herself. She couldn't even retrieve the details of my purchase/phone upgrade. I then spent 30 minutes on the phone with a Verizon rep. It's still not clear if I will receive the promotion that the store told me I was receiving. My advice is to get your promotional offer in writing from the store as it is clear they are not competent in completing the transaction.

A year later I evidentially pushed the wrong button on the remote and we suddenly had no video. Sound on the TV but no video. I thought the amp was a problem. Took it in and they immediately saw that I had pushed the button that changed the video feed - go figure. No charge.
