I had a sub and amp installed on 2 different vehicles, 2 different times, and needed to be fixed. The most recent was a Buick a couple weeks ago, and 2 years ago a Malibu. Both had issues with a humming sound from the sub that ruined my music and possibly could've damaged my equipment. Both times "they did nothing wrong" and this dude tried his absolute hardest to avoid any fault. I had to take them in a second day for them to fix it, a huge inconvenience AND NEITHER TIME DID THEY SAY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. With the Buick specifically (and this is why I'm never coming back) the guy I've been talking to about the humming (which would happen EVERY TIME I shut my car off, and loud enough to hear from inside my house) had the audacity to tell me he could not recreate my issue- but fixed it anyway. Implying what?! That I lied? What kind of bs is that? Every time I'd call this arrogant prick he would pick up the phone and he would try to explain somewhere that it wasn't his fault. Gave every excuse under the sun. Even saying it would shut off by itself after 2 mins (it didn't btw). And again.. NOT ONE TIME DID HE APOLOGIZE! Now watch as he lies on the reply comment. Proving my point. Surely no one else but this tubby guy with long hair can be right about anything. Tldr honestly the bad service needed to be called out. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, it won't happen for a third time.

Bought a complete Kitchen set. Dishwasher, 36" gas range top…read more Dual unit Microwave and oven $900 range hood. We asked if we wanted extended warranty and we said yes. Now 4 yrs later we have a leak in dishwasher. Called Karl's Service and was told no warranty on anything except the refrigerator. I asked how that happened when we clearly said we wanted the extension. AND why would we only want it on one item. Our receipt showed extended warranty added but Karl's says no only on refrigerator. Blames us for not asking for others and it would have been $600.00 more. I said I seen a line that said warranty and since we asked folk all to be included. I said who ever entered the order may of missed it. Of course he said that wasn't it. So many easy ways to clear this up and save a future customer. They could wavy the minimum service charge and only charge for needed repairs. The service charge to come look at it is $120.00. But never offered any help. Guess I'll go elsewhere and if you want good customer relations you might want to try ANYPLACE but Karl's in Eau Claire.
