I was able to get in right away with no wait and rear brakes were replaced within an hr and half. In addition, I was previously dealing with issues with my engine as I purchased my car "as is" so when my check engine light came on DW Auto Services was the first place I called. I was told to bring it in and they were able to fix the issue immediately as it was a misfire and was back on the road the same day! With that being said knowing all the trouble I had been having with my car prior to coming to DW Auto Services, Dakota was kind enough to spend over five hours on the phone with my warranty people and was able to get a replacement engine!!!! Overall, this process took no more than a week! From contacting my warranty company to ordering an engine to replacing the engine! I was even offered a loaner vehicle in the meantime while the engine was being replaced which was a huge benefit as if I had to pay for a rental it would have put me in the whole financially . I was able to pick my car up after only three days and If it wasn't for the service of their loaner vehicle I would have been left with no transportation. I highly recommend this business! They care, and recognize everyday hard working people! I value their professionalism, communication and continuous effort to make their customers feel understood and cared for. Out of all the places I have been too in Eau Claire for the past 20 years this business by far is the best!

His honest, integrity, and broad depth of mechanical knowledge, makes doing business with him easy and frictionless. They are fair on prices and a good value. I get there and because its under warranty they were giving me a loaner of theirs but then they tell me I can't use it for work I couldn't take it out of state and I couldn't put very many miles on it. We'll that's just not going to work for someone like me who on average puts between 400-600 miles on a car per day sometimes more so keep in mind that if you need them to warranty anything dont expect to be able to go to work if you work out of state or need to put miles on a car their loaners are bullshit. I will say they did do a good job with the paint ( other then the color matching) and turn around was in a good timely matter but be sure to cheak and make sure your happy with their results before you leave or find someone else 2 stars for my experience with them for that

Andrew serviced the transmission but the knocking etc was still present and the check engine was coming on. Brought it back to Andrew and he said the sensors and seals are the issue so had them replaced, still didn't solve the problem. I brought it to tms tire and had Andrew come out and hear what I hear and he said he's never heard the knocking, which I disagree with what he said, so he had hooked it up and the code came back as the engine!! Andrew doesn't do engine's he says so I took it to a auto shop in eau claire and I was told that my engine is shot and needs to be replaced!! I had spent 3,000 up to that point and it was always the engine. I was taken advantage of by having things fixed and/or replaced that really didn't need to be like the seals and sensors; the problem the whole time was the engine!! I won't be doing business with them after learning this. I had to get rid of the sonic because I can't afford the repairs and bought a 2020 vehicle in eau claire. Andrew was always nice and I felt he would be honest with me on the problem with the car and I don't feel he was with me. Disappointed
