Awful customer service. Awful customer treatment. I won a bid on a smartwatch that resulted in me winning the item for much less than MSRP (50% less or so). There was an error in my address so I immediately reached out to eBay and the company to have the issue resolved. EBay confirmed that the address was updated and sent a message to the seller. I received a message from the seller with a threat to cancel my order if they didn't hear back from me by 7am. I responded asking to work with the customer service department to resolve the issue. They again responded with a threat to cancel my order by 7am. I mentioned that I would review the company commensurate to the level of customer service I received--which was poor, and the Customer Service Manager, Jolene, called me a "feedback extortionist" and breached our contract by cancelling my order without consent. I was willing to talk on the phone to work out the details. I called Goldstar Tech Inc three times (in which, as another reviewer wrote, they did not answer). I called eBay three times, and all seemed fine until I kept receiving the threats to cancel from the seller. Ultimately, they relisted the item, probably hoping to achieve a higher bid price. I will NEVER buy from this company again, and neither should you. read more

I ordered a used Turtle Beach 800 headset from Goldstar Tech on Amazon for $200. They came defective even though the description said they were FULLY tested and approved to be "like new".When they arrived it had scratches all over it and the battery life was shot. they would only stay on for 1 hour of the 16 hours the product it supposed to get. The description also said if I had to return them I would get a replacement or a refund and they would pay for all shipping charges. Not only did they not provide me with a prepaid shipping label but they only refunded me $150 of my $200. When I contacted them about my refund they said it was returned in "lesser condition". It was not in lesser condition. it was a piece of junk when it arrived. When I asked what exactly was in lesser condition, they replied with a blank message as to make sure amazon doesn't think they are not responding to customers. So in conclusion, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! read more

I ordered a controller from your company through the Walmart marketplace in December. Immediately I noticed issues with the controller and contacted your company via email because the listed phone number is never answered. An employee suggested a few steps to correct the issues the controller was having. The first solution did not work and I yet again requested to return the controller for a refund. The employee sent me another suggestion on how to correct the issue along with another youtube tutorial. I reminded the employee that these issues should have been identified before selling the product as 'refurbished' and too much money was spent not to have a product that worked. I was given a prepaid return label and sent the item back to your company. The defective item was delivered on 2/5/2018 according to the USPS tracking information. I was told the refund would be processed within two days of receiving the item. I have not yet received a refund nor has anyone answered my emails back or picked up the phone. I would appreciate this issue being addressed immediately. read more

I purchased a refurbished x-box wireless elite controller from Goldstar Tech for my son for Christmas and it worked great for awhile. My son uses this controller for numerous hours a day and loves it. He had it and had no problem with it for almost 3 months and now one of the joy sticks seems to be drifting. I contacted Goldstar Tech to see if they would either fix it or replace it and they sent me some tips on how to fix it at home. I didn't feel comfortable doing that so they said I could return the whole set up for a refund or send the controller back in a padded envelope with the prepaid shipping label they sent me for a replacement. I decided to send the controller back for a replacement because my son loves the controller. They answered all my e-mails in a very timely manner and were very helpful and polite. I would definitely order from them again. I highly recommend this company. Not too many places now a days want to be bothered with you once they take your money. Great customer service! read more
