They didn't have it in stock, but Lupe called their other stores until he found one. He found it at their Burley, ID store. He drove to Burley that night to get it and walked me through setting it up the next day! This will be my sons first taste of freedom and it's all because Lupe cared enough to take the time to help me. He even offered to help me pair my Apple watch to my new phone.

Mercedes wasn't scheduled to work Saturday but was willing to come in to help me choose a phone and set up a plan for me, which I was very grateful for. She walked me through everything and was very patient when answering my questions. On top of that she made sure I got a great deal on my phone and plan so I ended up saving money. She also called me a few days later to ask if I was having any problems with my phone and to remind me to mail in my rebate, a rebate she helped me fill out.
