The only place that I will take my cell phone repairs in Twin Falls. Called 2 other places. The first place danced around quoting me a price to replace my IPHONE battery. After pressing them they quoted $65 but would not give me a repair time estimate. Then they told me that they would analyze it and let me know if anything else needed repair. I phone tells you when the battery needs service so what exactly are you going to analyze? The second place didn't answer phone. Then I called 360. They associate that answered the phone got right to business. He quoted me $45 (which is right on par with sending my phone to Apple directly without the hassle,and 30 mins for the repair. I dropped off my phone and 15 mis later received a call saying it was finished. Omg! Thank you 360 for the professionalism from the phone call to pickup. I will never call anyone else. read more

the guys in this shop are so nice! i had to get my son's ipad screen fixed and they were quick and very informative. the price was lower than the shop in Walmart & the customer service was 10 times better at 360! this is def. my new spot to bring our cracked screens! thanks guys! read more

I am writing an honest review so what happened to me does not happen to anyone else. Thursday August 8th at 11 a.m. I took 2 iPads into 360 wireless for broken screens. One was an iPad mini series 3 the other an iPad Air 2. The guy in the front took my iPads and had me stand there for at least 10 minutes putting in the model numbers of the iPads and ordering the parts. Finally he asked me to pay and I paid upfront and I was promised that my iPads would be done Friday August 7th by noon. Well at 3 p.m. the day I dropped them off, I got a call from the manger demanding $60 more and if I didn't pay for me to come pick them up immediately. He had all kinds of arguments one was the iPad was an iPad Air 2 and they thought it was an iPad Air 1. How is that my fault? Another excuse he said to try to get more money was that they both needed LCD screens and they thought it only needed a digitizer screen replacement. I argued stating, the man at the front desk should have seen that and said it was going to be more since the beginning. I told him the iPads both turn on and function well. Why did it need an LCD screen? The only reason I wanted the iPads fixed was so my kids don't get cut while using them. At the end of the conversation he said he would call back later. I called 15 minutes after and just told him I would be heading back to Twin Falls to pick up the iPads it was going to be a 45 minute drive for me, but I would be there. The manager then stated, " No don't come for them I talked to the store owner and we will fix the iPads. He isn't happy about the price you paid but to keep you happy we will do it. The down side is we will not have your iPad ready for several days." Well Saturday August 8th I get a call at 2:30 p.m. the iPads are done. I get to 360 wireless around 4:00 p.m. and another surprise surprise. The HOME buttons on both the iPads, that worked when I dropped of the iPads NO LONGER work on either of the two iPads. Yes they do turn on and function I guess but what bothers me is that the screens are lifted pretty bad on the sides. When I ask the guy at the front desk what happened he said it was my fault that the frame was super bent and that he doesn't have super powers to know why the home button does not work even though it previously did. I told him I have paid to get screens changed on other iPads and on iPhones at other places and the HOME button always works afterwards. At the end of the day I know it's my fault this is my PUNISHMENT for not paying the $60 more. The only thing I wish is that they would have said ahead of time so instead of spending that money to fix the iPads, I could have used that money to buy my babies a new one. Also why do they have to punish me for something that was not my fault? To save yourself the heartaches just avoid this place. read more
