The male employee, later identified as Herman who told me he was the Assistant Manager, immediately greeted me upon entry, unfortunately, this was the bar for the level of customer service received this visit. I was in and out in 5mins and not due to impeccable service but because I was repeatedly told there was "Nothing we can do because we are only a retailer". My questions more or less were as follows: 1. My service has been repeatedly interrupted, is there any communication regarding this issue? 2. Are there any ways to check for local outages in the area? 3. Is there any way to troubleshoot this service issue? 4. Is there any workaround for this problem? Lastly I asked to speak with the Manager and was told "He's in the back but probably in a meeting" I was given his name only by request, it's Yoniel. He's the only recent 5-star review.. how laughable. Congratulations T-Mobile. You've lost a 20+yr customer and recent internet service customer as well. This store in particular offers nothing but merchandise sales/service.. the customer service for the actual T-Mobile network as a whole is completely nonexistent.

I have not had data in over 3 weeks I've called technical support over 5 times went to the store got a new SIM card took my phone to Apple to find out it's not the phone it's T-Mobile service. I've called several times and they have yet to resolve my issue. They make me go thru an exhausting process each time to resettle my network and once it doesn't work they say there's an open ticket and that they will get back to me and never do. I switched from At&T to T-Mobile and it was a terrible mistake. I am still waiting on the resolution as to why I do not have any data i suave available I have to be connected to wifi. This is unacceptable! Worse cell service ever. I only gave two stars because the store was great however T-Mobile service deserves 0 stars.
