I saw them taking pictures of the screen with my information and texting it to each other and knew something was up. Sure enough two days later I get an email confirming the protection plan that "I added" to the phone I had just picked up! They thought I didn't understand them speaking Spanish but I they got the wrong one! Called ATT and they confirmed it had been added that day and that they do in fact receive bonuses for selling these plans.

I have not had data in over 3 weeks I've called technical support over 5 times went to the store got a new SIM card took my phone to Apple to find out it's not the phone it's T-Mobile service. I've called several times and they have yet to resolve my issue. They make me go thru an exhausting process each time to resettle my network and once it doesn't work they say there's an open ticket and that they will get back to me and never do. I switched from At&T to T-Mobile and it was a terrible mistake. I am still waiting on the resolution as to why I do not have any data i suave available I have to be connected to wifi. This is unacceptable! Worse cell service ever. I only gave two stars because the store was great however T-Mobile service deserves 0 stars.
