It was a Sunday afternoon and ts been raining buckets nonstop. Ran to AT&T, the young worker there, zero desire to provide customer service. Informed me that they do not schedule a tech to come to your home or work or in the middle of Walmart to fix your phone anymore. That I now I have to make an appointment and go to an Asurion facility and get it fix there myself and that I will pay an addition fee despite paying monthly for insurance. Ridiculous! Despite telling her that I have insurance, she did not really listen. She should've just advised me to go straigh to Asurion instead of keeping me there, trying to sell me an upgrade. I was ready to call T-mobile. STORE: Inside building is just an empty room with a costumer service counter and a wall of accessories for sale. They do all the repairs in the back. No decor whatsoever, just couple of chairs. The store is clean and they were sweeping the floor and was getting ready to mop near closing time. CUSTOMER SERVICE: In my desperation, I took a chance and drove to this location in the rain with 45 mins till they close. The store looked closed from the outside and I nearly died again. But, as soon as we entered, Joey came out and asked what's wrong and right away he diagnosed that I just need a new screen. He assured me that it would only take about 15 minutes, as long as I have my icloud information. Racking my brain, he returned not even 10 minutes later with my cellphone screen alive, bright and working!!! I was able to enter my icloud info and Joey promised 10 minutes. And he delivered! I am amazed. This has to be pure luck. He saw how stressed out I was and he made it his mission to fix it. I told him my experience at AT&T and asked how if they no longer do house calls and he said that is false. AT&T should have given me that option, something like choose mobile repair or something like that and I would've been able to schedule for someone to come to my work the very next day. Basically he told me that I could've done all of this at home via the website. So now I feel stupid, but really people, just do your job. 5 Stars for Joey's excellent customer service. He listened, he found a solution, he showed empathy and he was efficient. It was a horrible day, but in less than 30 minutes, he managed to save the rest of my Sunday. Thank you!

Talk with the manager/owner then his friends come in and completely ignores me for 10 minutes. Says he doesn't have the tool come back tomorrow. Monday comes, I return and explain to one of the staff I would like it repaired if he provides me clear cost or to know if it can not be repaired. Doesn't use a tool or anything calls a guy and says they won't give price until they are done. Insurance only covers the lower of replacement or repair and unwilling to say what the cost is. His response "WHATs in it for ME?" I'd prefer to shop at a small family shop like this, so would love to endorse, but lack of integrity and can't even provide a written quote of what he would charge. #shame on the lack of integrity; it represents everything currently wrong with Miami, when there is so much good in this wonderful city

I received the same exact message on 1/28/21, 2/27/21, 3/21/21 & 4/3/21. I spoke to the representative at simple mobile on 3/18/21 to upgrade to 15GB on the $30 Plan. I was charged $31.32 plus an additional $5.00 on 3/18/21. Yesterday, 4/30/21, I received a SMS message stating " You've used most of your high-speed data. Upgrade to 15GB on the $40 Plan." I spoke to a representative today 5/1/21 to inquire about the message I received regarding going over on my data usage, I was told that I only have 5GB on the $30 Plan. They said there is no plan with 15GB on the $30 Plan. I have attached the screenshot from simple mobile offering 15GB on the $30 Plan four different times. This is misleading their customers and they are making false claims.

The male employee, later identified as Herman who told me he was the Assistant Manager, immediately greeted me upon entry, unfortunately, this was the bar for the level of customer service received this visit. I was in and out in 5mins and not due to impeccable service but because I was repeatedly told there was "Nothing we can do because we are only a retailer". My questions more or less were as follows: 1. My service has been repeatedly interrupted, is there any communication regarding this issue? 2. Are there any ways to check for local outages in the area? 3. Is there any way to troubleshoot this service issue? 4. Is there any workaround for this problem? After being insistent the assistant manager spoke with the manager who reviewed the issue and he reported to me that I will see the money refunded to my account on my next bill. WELL GUESS WHAT IT WAS NEVER REFUNDED!!! Save yourself many issues and visit a company store. Never an Authorized Retailer!!!
