When we checked out we were told that we had to purchase the accessories but would be reimbursed, it would take several months to show up on our cc. After four months I went into the store to talk to the manager, he said he would get back to me. He never did. Went into again same story. Multiple conversations with Verizon and after about six months the Verizon company said they would reimburse us. Just a note, this is not a Verizon store, it is Victra, which is an independently owned business. I hope to never have to enter this store again and I have serious buyer regret.
