They are always greeting you with a smile and a very attentive and on top of whatever your visit is about. I recommend this practice because they never try to push anything on you that you don't need. They all listen to your concerns and make the best decision based on what your symptoms are. The nurse practitioner who was here in 2023 was amazing. Loved her to death. The clinic has since been sold and has gone to crap. Currently I had an appointment at 11:15 to have a script renewed that I have been on for 6 years, that they REFUSED to refill without having me come in. It's now 12:30 and have not even been acknowledged. The provider was extremely rude when I asked about this. And mentioned that I am on my lunch break. Also my medication is not a controlled substance nor is it a narcotic. read more

Since this clinic was sold in late 2023 the care has become HORRENDOUS. Claims were submitted to insurance incorrectly resulting in a 600$ bill coming to my house...and I have received NO assistance in clearing up the matter. I came in fasting for labs, and found out only 2 of the 4 labs I was to have were done---and those two did not require fasting :( Pitiful on service, quality and care. read more

i got in relatively early when only one other person was in there, and i sat in the room waiting for the doctor to come in for about 30 minutes or more just for them to do a "quick check" on me and send me out 2 minutes after they walked in. . told them on how i couldn't take pills, and they called me in HUGE pills. read more

Everyone has been getting sick around this time & whatever it is has gotten ahold of me as well. I tried going to the student center but they were full until the next day, crazy!! Allegra was open & had good reviews so I went there. It was a very clean & open environment. The young ladies working at the desk weren't extremely attentive but they got the job done. The two women who assisted me during my visit were wonderful! They were straight to the point & very helpful. I would recommend this place as well as scheduling an appointment before hand! read more

If you are military, you already know how difficult it is to find a place that will accept TRICARE. When this facility was still under Dr. Coppock, it was a place that my wife and I could go to and know that we would not have to worry about anything. Unfortunately, since it has been taken over by Dr. Peramsetty and his staff, it is sad to say that this clinic is not, nor will be, the same. The staff is surly and the evaluations and treatment are far from adequate. On multiple occasions, I have requested to continue a form of treatment that I had previously been on, but the staff has been unsuccessful in coordinating with other doctors, but by unsuccessful I mean that they have not done anything. Any coordination that they are supposed to do, I have had to take it upon myself. They have continuously failed to submit referrals to other practitioners for procedures that they (Allegra) have informed that I need. They do not understand the TRICARE system at all, although they accept the insurance. Instead of sending the referral to TRICARE they send the referral to the practitioner and then the practitioner informs me that I cannot be seen until TRICARE issues the referral. I have explained this to Dr. Peramsetty's staff and the issue still exists. In the past four days I have contacted the clinic four different times, through their secure messaging service and by phone, to ask them to send the doctor's orders for my prescription renewal to my pharmacy, and each time I ask them to do it, they tell me that it has already been done. When I tell them that the pharmacy has not received the orders, the response is still the same -- they sent the orders and "just don't know what to say". They either do not care or do not know how to follow up to ensure the process is complete. It was not long after they took over Allegra that my wife and I started experiencing problems with the new management. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to stay; hindsight being what it is, we should have left the moment we sensed trouble. Things finally came to the boiling point when I was spoken down to, had my integrity questioned, and had the door blocked when I stated I no longer wanted to receive treatment. If you are looking for a clinic that accepts TRICARE, or one that will actually listen to your needs, instead of telling you what they need you to do for them, keep looking. There are clinics out there that will give you the help and care you need. Unfortunately, those principles were lost the moment Dr. Peramsetty and his staff took over the clinic. read more

I went in on 12/30/2022 to see my CRNP who I absolutely adored! Because of issues with BCBS my insulin had been changed from lantus to semglee the year before. My blood sugar has not been controlled and the weight i gained on Semglee was unbelievable (which is a side effect of Semglee... which for a diabetic is ridiculous). She prescribed Mounjaro and fought to see that BCBS paid for it. I was told that is all i would have to take is a once a week injection which was awsome! However, my blood sugar has not been controlled! I went in last month and saw a different CRNP. Im not sure what his deal was but the next thing I know I get a letter from Dr. Coppock that due to my "noncompliance with medical advice and taking my medications as prescribed...A1c being elevated" they would no longer see me. This CRNP informed me that I was supposed to be taking metformin which I had no idea and neither did my awsome pharmacist or it would have bill filled! Today i was asking the pharmacist about the Mounjaro and find out this medicine is more like an appetite suppressant AND NOT what is going to control my blood sugar! And when I tell you I am in shock I just don't have words! Starting on Mounjaro it slowly increases the dose by2.5 mg every month which means I'm no where near the full effect but still I HAVE TAKEN EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAVE PRESCRIBED! This is 100% malpractice. They are flat out lying! And I'm not sure I have ever laid eyes on this Dr. Coppock... if I have I do not remember it! It is my understanding that if you are being seen by a CRNP it is under the supervision of an M. D. So instead of supervising my care he fires me??? Without even checking in to see what the truth is! It is dishonesty and beyond anything professional. And now someone who can take care of this issue will have to. I have taken every med they have prescribed! I can't help what they prescribed but it's on them! UPDATE: I'm in the process of finding a new physician, and these folks were supposed to have called in 3 months of my meds. They didn't not call in one of my prescriptions and the wrong dose of the other and now they refuse to do so! This is malpractice! read more

My mom (90) was sent there by her doctor rather than the hospital for an IV after becoming dehydrated, and he wanted to avoid making her go to the ER for that. I cannot say enough about Allegra - they were among the kindest, most professional medical people we have ever dealt with. From the office staff to the medical staff in the back - they went above and beyond. They got her back to a room and let her lie down, brought her a pillow and asked if she was cold, then brought her a blanket. Had her IV going and within and hour she was feeling so much better.
