To start, there appeared to be a lack of attention while my car was going through the wash--the back wheel got stuck and was dragging along the rails, which was concerning. I purchased their top $45 package, yet the interior cleaning was extremely poor. Several areas clearly hadn't been wiped down at all. When I pointed them out, I was told that those areas weren't cleaned because I hadn't paid for "detailing." For a $45 top-tier car wash package, I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect the basic interior surfaces to actually be wiped clean. The whole experience left me wondering what exactly I paid $45 for. I've had a much better experience at the car wash on Grand and will gladly continue going there instead. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend this place, and my friends and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

This was extremely disappointing because the expectations were not clearly explained before I paid. My biggest issue, however, was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the supervisor, Cornelio. His attitude toward customers was unacceptable, and he did not seem to understand how to handle a customer complaint or resolve the situation professionally.
