Came in for a quick truck wash. First time here and it's very modern. Left my truck very clean and the shampoo they used let a nice scent afterwards. If your truck or car has aftermarket wheels this the place to go because the track they use does not have side rails so your wheels won't get scratched on the track. Got "the works" car wash and there were still some bird poopoo on my windows and car door sadly but the process was quick and smooth. The drive-through is really cute and I liked the rainbow of sprays your car gets when going through the tunnel. The water didn't completely dry when my car went through, but the overall process was nice. There are also vacuums for you to clean up your car and $3 mat drying stations as well as a cute area of air fresheners for sale! read more

The washing of cars side of the business is great! Very happy. I bought a new car and added it. When the new plates came in I tried using the app to update the plate. The app will not allow and redirects me to a phone number that is no longer in service. I called the Chino location at (909) 413-4950. The recording there says to call (909) 606-9274... Which is simply a recording advising to leave a message. No one called me back. Four Stars for washing my car. Zero Stars for communication. read more

I recently cancelled my membership to Rapids Express due to distance. So, I was excited for a new car wash to open up closer. Staff was friendly and the equipment looked new/worked great. The air dryers were strong; almost thought it was going to bust my windows lol But it's pricey even for the bare minimum. If I were to get a monthly membership here, it'd be a $10 difference, but for less accommodations (i.e. no microfiber towels, no pressured air at the vacuum stand, etc.) read more

I came in on Friday, July 4th, just before closing at 2 p.m. It was my first visit, and overall, everything seemed to go smoothly. However, shortly after driving off, I noticed a crack in my windshield that I'm fairly certain wasn't there when I arrived. To be fair, I can't say with certainty that the damage occurred during the service. Still, it raises the question--do they have cameras or some way to verify these kinds of situations? I'm giving 3 stars because while the service itself seemed fine, the uncertainty around the windshield has left me with mixed feelings. Hoping it was just an unfortunate coincidence. read more

Very confused by all the great reviews? I drove out of my way for this wash. It was terrible. Lots of bug guts and poop leftover all over the car and windshield. Basically just removed dust. Rims did not get touched. The washer blades are violent here - for those with a luxury or antique vehicle - this is not it. My Jeep took quite the beating. The vacuums don't suck up anything. Grass, dog hair, leaves, crumbs - all still left over after running the vacuum over multiple times. They also stop working mid vacuum. Terrible quality. So don't expect to vacuum. Priced at $45 for the 'works wash' I received - I would save the money and go to a real car wash. This was a joke. Again, only giving two stars since you can see for yourself before having to commit! read more

I had the scariest thing happen to me today. My keys got locked inside of my car with my 2 year old inside. I was just about to finish up my vacuuming and when I closed the last door my car locked itself. I was panicking and Sam the manager and another employee helped me call the fire department and stayed by my side until they were able to get my car open and my daughter out. Longest 10 min of my life! I could never thank everyone from this car wash enough for their kindness and grace. This is the best drive thru car wash around and just possibly the best in the inland empire. I have taken two of my vehicles here (haven't taken my Excursion because I'm not sure it would fit, my plan is to ask next time I'm there). My only regret is it took me so long to find the place. My cars come out crystal clean and the vacuums they have are some of the most powerful ones I have ever seen (I can't believe someone said they are not powerful) I feel like they can lift up my floor mats they are that powerful. Don't forget to bring some towels to brighten up the shine and wipe off some of the left over water (very small amount and always near hood and rear hatch or trunk). Finally found a car wash that I can fit my 97 ford F350 with 8ft long bed. I can make the turn into the wash without wondering if Ima clear it!!! So easy to enter and washes it clean. Upon exiting you have many vacuum to choose from. I'm so glad I signed up for the unlimited wash.. worth every penny!!! After, I talked to one of the employees who told me to wash again for the correct package, but the second time was worse, as they gave me the basic package. This car wash is great for the price! I love a clean car and this helps me keep it in tip top shape all the time! On top of a great wash they have a super friendly staff! I love how powerful the vacuums are and that you can purchase any other items you might need (tire shine, air freshener, extra towels, etc) for a very low price. I can't believe anyone would give this wash anything less than 5 stars. I love how people complain that it doesn't get all the dirt off their cars. Maybe because some people let their cars get so dirty of course it's not going to do that. You just use a little elbow grease to get it off or maybe pre treat at home to loosen it up. I've been to quite a few express washes but this is by far the best one. I commute 80 miles a day so my car gets its fair share of road grime and bug splatters. I was impressed that their wash system did a good job at getting the dirt off my car. It did better than some hand wash places I've been to. I especially like the tire cleaner which makes your tires look black again. The high force air dryers work great, too. I only had to use one rag to dry off the leftover water droplets. I also like that each parking bay has two vacuum hoses so you don't have to share one with the next bay over. I highly recommend giving this place a try. read more

This place is great. I've been coming here since the day it opened All American Express car wash is definitely better than the nearby competitors. I bring all my cars here 2-3 times a week and am always satisfied. I like that they have the dual conveyor belt system instead of the old school roller behind the wheel thing. All the employees here are nice, courteous and very welcoming. The vacuum area after the wash have big enough parking spaces for you keep all your doors open without having to worry about the next car hitting you. Vacuum for members are free and is $2 for nonmembers. I've tried the 2 other local competitors and they both just don't compare. Quick quack car wash next to Eastvale Costco have the worst employees. The few times I've been there all I hear them do is scream at each other in the wash and also scream at the customers when they don't get their wheels perfectly aligned into the roller that rolls your car. Some employees look very unprofessional as some of them have their shirts fully or partially untucked. I feel like I don't get a good of a wash here. read more
