Went through today and was so delighted to see complimentary clean towels! (2 towels per customer, return to dirty bucket when finished). I pray we don't ruin a good thing by taking advantage of this generous towel service. 10 stars for the whole experience. I swear the vacuums also feel stronger now compared to a few months ago. Great place to wash your car. Never had an issue here. I love the monthly membership option. Definitely the way to go. I got the $35.00 month option and wash my car a good 6 or 7 times a month. Comes out to about $5.00 a wash with vacuum. They got everything you need. Super quick easy wash, strong vacuums, and they even provide towels to do a final dry with after you get out of the wash. They also have all the things for purchase like airfreshners and wipes for your dash and Armor All. Is it going to wash your car perfect and flawless? Of course not. But it's solid enough and beats the hell out of the self-service washes where you got 10 minutes to wash your car with the brush, rinse, soap, dry, wax, etc and sweating your ass off trying to finish because you ran out of quarters and don't want soap on your car. And then have to pay two extra bucks to vacuum your car. This place is definitely the way to go. Highly recommend the monthly car wash membership. Worst case if you feel your car needs a second run through because it wasn't washed well enough they'll usually let you run it through again. But I really like it here and it keeps my Dodge Charger clean. For as often as I clean my car, the monthly membership is great for me. And the kids that work here are always super helpful, friendly and courteous. read more

We saw an advertisement for a free wash beside this car wash and decided to try it. We texted the number and received a free "the works" wash. This was the second highest option. We drove up to the wash and there was a person waiting to take payment so we showed him the coupon and then drove in the wash. The was seemed like it was doing a good job but I wasn't a huge fan of how much the bristles were touching the car. There were a lot and I like more of a "touch less" wash with more high powered water washing the car. We had a lot of tree sap on our car and it didn't do a great job getting that off. Once we parked we were ready to vacuum our car but we noticed the vacuum area didn't have a blower which we really loved at our last car wash spot out on Huntington Beach. It looks like a little water gun that shoots high powered air out of it. We love it because it gets into all those cracks that have sand and stuff in it. There was also a gentleman who checked in on us to make sure everything went well. He was checking in with everyone. I also noticed they have a vending machine to buy other things for your car washing needs. It's a good spot but the price was a little higher than other places over seen. read more

I found that my coupons just automatically changed from full car wash to 1/2 price. I still had three left and when I approached the manager three days ago he said the owner would get back to me. In the meantime time he changed the app settings so even the three went away and now all I see is the history. I have searched a way to revert it to just the unused coupons and can not change it. read more

Spot free dry? Ridiculous, just left this wash and my car has water spots all over the windshield, the side windows. the rear window is the worst. I had to take a rag and wipe it down. $16 for the second tier "Better wash" and it took my car through the wash for 1-2minutes. The many bird poops on my car were still there and did not budge. A gas station car wash would do better for less and wash my car for longer. Also, the water droplets left hard water marks. Not even a gas station car wash does that. For a business's sole focus as a car wash, I would not recommend this place or come back. At least the vacuums were free, but you HAVE to get a car wash to access that. I would not recommend going through this wash with a truck. I have a Tundra and all my side mirrors got pushed in. No damage but it is not meant to fit newer trucks. Also, just a word of advice for all car washes, I would be curious to know how often they clean their "microfiber" machines. Dirt can stick to them and scratch the next car in line. read more

Have had a monthly subscription since they opened and love the convenience and friendly staff. On my most recent visit, all the drying/vacuum spots were taken at 8:15 AM and employees just shrugged as I drove off the lot. I would have happily dried my car in the adjacent lot but didn't have towels and they weren't offered to me. Had dried water spots by the time I got home which were work to remove. Hopefully they haven't gotten too busy for me to get the full treatment in my 1-2 visits per week. read more

Recently my wife's back windshield wiper got blown off by the water. Her with the kids, asked for help and got some really good service from the crew and the manager. Reassured her, called her back and even installed a new windshield wiper for her. I always have appreciated the smile and the waves. Young staff but very well trained. Kudos. read more

Good car wash for the price. Not the establishment's fault, but people hog up the vacuums and start detailing their cars. That's ridiculous! Vacuum your car and pull out of there to the Kohl's parking lot for your finishing touches. It's an "express" car wash. read more

After using this car wash for years...all of a sudden I am driving on the belt? That does not even make sense. Eddie, misdirected my car, pointed to the N, I looked down to the shifter of my car and put the car in neutral. Then, once the belt started moving my car I felt I really bad jolt and my car moved violently towers the right side, then Eddie said stop. I swear on my life that I did not put the car in drive while on the belt. My car would have beeped and alerted me to BRAKE! if I was getting to close to a rear end of the car in front of me. However, I was turned away because I couldn't provide my QR code even though the employee could see all my other text messages from American Express Car wash as proof. Very disappointed customer. took my car there for the first time 10/12/2025, my bmw had no damage prior to taking it thru there wash, when my car went thru the dryer it damaged my driver side mirror , the manager darvin seen when the mirror cover came off , he told me he will review the cameras and go form there and i called this mornig and he said according to his cameras that it was not there fault, are you kidding me!! then who's fault is it of ocurse it is there fault, my car had no damage. when i called him darvin lafarga was very rude and told me that he needed to get a second opinion. i will get an attorney and they will pay for the damage to my bmw as theya re not cheap to fix . do not take you car there, you are better off taking it to the car wash across from pf changs in chino they do a great job for $22. read more

Don't come here if you have black paint! It should be given not to go through drive through car washes with black paint but they had told me they use microfiber material in the wash so I got a membership and after going through about 4 times my paint has so many swirl marks, I'm going to have to get a detail now.
