got my tragus pierced here and the lady that did it was horrible at it! When she put the needle through she pulled it all the way through without the taper and tried to push the taper back in without the needle! She was trying behind the ear and in the front and my ear, was bleeding while she's trying to do this, the needle didn't hurt and she was saying she might need to do the needle again until she finally got it and once she put the jewelry in she struggled to twist the jewelry shut. And this all happened while the big buff dude was outside smoking. And shocker my ear got huge and inflamed even with the proper care this has never happen to any other piercing I've had before so I knew how to take care of my ear and it was just a bad experience. I have attempted to go to this shop twice now. Once on a Sunday afternoon at around 11:30am and the other today, a Saturday at 10am. According to their hours online they are "open now" however that is not the case. You couldn't even call and talk to anyone because they aren't there. I spoke with guest services at their location in the mall and was informed "they are always late". They need to change their hours or come to work on time. Last year I got my first tattoo by a guy. He did a really good job with size, quality and followed the design exactly how I wanted it. He made me comfortable in a new environment especially since it was my first tattoo. I also got my nose pierced by the lady. She did a great job. Also got a tattoo on February 16th with no appointment and the guy who did my tattoo made me feel comfortable and distracted me from the pain. I highly recommend this place. read more

I went to Crimson Heart Tattoo about 2 months ago I had a few work done like a birth year and a quote on both my legs that really came out nice. Then I was suppose to get 4 roses and a angel which KJ (Kijan) quoted me $300 and said no problem he can do it. So I go in and see him day of the appt. he tells me that the 4 roses will not look right and the angel when he told me he can do it. Then he recommends me getting only 2 roses plus some shading. We look at a few roses and I pick one out that's sketched on his wall of art for $150 and the tattoo begins..... Coming towards the end of the tattoo it looked fine couldn't really tell because of all the ink residue and blood so I tell him hey since I didn't get 4 roses and a angel is this going to be cheaper than $300? He said no keep it at $300 which surprised me because it was small and nothing like the roses we both picked on his wall of art and not to mention I referred 5 customers to him after my 1st and 2nd visit for my quote and birth year tattoo and I even brought my aunt to get a tattoo by him same day I got my rose tattoo plus he really didn't clean it good so I cleaned it up when I got home and let it heal for the day next morning I wash the tattoo with hand soap and water and wipe it down and the roses came out NOTHING LIKE HIS SKETCH looks super terrible and too dark he went to hard on my skin causing bruising and early stage infection I had deep cuts to where the leafs were almost tearing off my skin! I text him the next day I show him pics and the actual picture of the rose that he sketched and asked if it was infected he said he couldn't tell which that's a lie the picture was big and clear you could notice the puss coming out so he tells me to swing by but I barely had time to go back and plus what's the point? It's already on my skin he sees how bad it is and going back there would've been a waste of time. He went too deep that it didn't come out the way it did. And he did offer to fix it but once you see how bad this is trust me YOU WOULD NOT WANT HIM TO TOUCH YOUR SKIN EVER AGAIN! Ive been to 3 tattoo artist to show the roses and see if I can recreate something but all 3 tattoo artist could not do anything to fix it or make it better so I am now in the process of getting this laser off my skin because I am tired of looking at it I've got a quote for laser $250/hr for 7 sessions! I was so excited of getting my cartilage piercing and wanted it for so many years... I got it done, everything was fine, the atmosphere was nice and friendly in shop, I knew how to take care of it, but they did it wrong and poked not where it's supposed to be, after that I tried to take care of it but still got an infected cartilage ...I got to the shop again and asked what to do and told me about my issue and lady told me what I should use to heal it which I did but it never healed. I knew it's a hard place for healing but I didn't expect it won't heal in 1,5 year. Since 1,5 year of suffering I got rid of it just because of I got tired of the pain and healing and infection and liquid in my ear even with proper treatment. The price was definitely right but unfortunately you get what you pay for and my belly button was pierced a little odd for sure. It looks like he did too much skin and at the same time then gave me an extremely short barbell and it started creating a hole in the top of my piercing because it was constantly pulling since the barbell was so small. I'm literally on my way there right now to see if they will make it right and change my piercing into one that I am providing since the other one is extremely short and causing my piercing to reject. Went in for a piercing, waited until they were done watching some Youtube video, a few minutes after walking in and we were 5 feet from them. Told them I wanted to get a piercing, lady in a pretty snotty tone, asked me what kind. Told her daith and she again in kind of a snotty tone said they don't do that piercing. Ok, cool, but then she said she doesn't do it, but her piercer that comes in Tuesday can. Needless to say, I did not go back the next day just based on her attitude. I needed some new ear sparkles and walked in to this brightly colored, conveniently located shop without an appointment. I had already decided on a conch piercing, I told the gentlemen at the desk. He said the piercer wasn't in yet and gave her a call, he said she would be in about 30-45 minutes from then. I was there to see a movie later and had no problem spending some time in a few other shops prior to my piercing. The person behind the desk made it seem like the piercer was running late but when she did arrive she told me she usually doesn't come in until 1:00 (I had walked in the shop around 12:00 so I guess she actually showed up early for me which was nice). After she was all set up it was pretty wham-bam-thank you ma'am. Since this isn't my first piercing that worked pretty well for me. If it IS your first time I am sure she would walk you through all of the before and after care steps, and explain what size jewelry was being used and why. The person at the front desk also mentioned they had an after care sheet (although they were out and one needed to be printed) they also sell an after-care spray product which you may be familiar with; H20 I believe it is called. Over all nothing spectacular, nothing bad. I have no experience with their tattooing procedures or artists, if that's what you are looking for check out their Facebook page and they have their books available to view just inside the shop. I will probably be back for some more ear piercings because it was pretty quick and painless. (I paid $60 for the conch piercing including the jewelry, I believe that is the same for all cartilage piercings) read more

Not even sure they actually TATTOO here at this tattoo studio. I've been in twice for myself and once with my son and every time they say they can't do a certain tattoo. Now, you may be thinking, its probably a crazy tattoo idea or perhaps the placement isn't appropriate to their liking. But NO! They can't do ANYTHING! My first visit was for a rose on my shoulder cap (pretty simple), the second time was for my son to get a half sleeve of tree roots fading up to the Seattle skyline (any Seattle area tattoo artist worth paying should know how to do the skyline) and today, you'll love this, an Italian horn. Google it, it is the most simple design. I wanted it on my finger but its still the most simple design. I've come to the conclusion, this place is just not hungry. What other reason can a tattoo shop have for turning away client after client?!
