My sister and I got pierced here and wish we would have gone elsewhere. I got my tragus and nose and woke up the next day to bright red piercings that hurt. My sister got her bellybutton, which was done with a short bar, plastic jewelry... Needless to say, hers ended up infected and the length of the short bar left no room for swelling. We should have known better when we were given a sandwich bag full of jewelry and were told to pick what we wanted. After piercing me, the piercer didn't change out the paper towel on her table or wipe down the table before putting the piercing supplies down for my sister. It's unsanitary. The shop looks sketchy and the whole process was sketchy. I would recommend going to a more reputable shop. read more

wish i could give no stars. I used to come to angel for all my piercings but due to my most recent set just this october, that's completely changed. I got two more nose bridge piercings from her, first off, she did not use a clamp, she used her hands to pinch my skin, she used so much force into getting the needle through she bruised my nose. second, she put far too small length bars In my piercings. which let to the ends digging into my skin, like DIGGING DEEP, to the point of blood coming out when I'd push the piercings to one side. once confronted vie messenger angel avoided complete responsibility for her actions, blamed me, talked down to me. shes the one that gave me a bad piercing. which I was told were all done crooked! all three! I ended up having to take one out because it just wasnt gonna get uncrooked in time, shit was fucked. I convinced her to give me a refund, which was followed by being blocked, then unblocked, then I confronted her again with a photo of my botched piercing, then she impersonated being her "assistant" on her personal facebook, then blocked me again. Angel is a pathetic excuse for a buisness owner, she lacks any professional traits whatsoever. please, I know the prices are good, and you MIGHT get a good piercing out of it. but seriously just go to a more sanitary and professional shop, its so worth the extra bucks and you'll get treated with respect read more

Angel is really chill, if a little disorganized sometimes, but that's a good thing as she makes you feel very comfortable. Did an awesome job on my frenum piercing making sure it was just where I wanted it and even giving me two sets of jewelry so I could put the other one in when the swelling went down. Angel is absolutely the best piercer I have ever been to! She's pierced my nipples, belly button, and collar bone dermal. Her prices are great, her skill is great, and she's very understanding and patient with her clients. She does walk ins, and yes the shop may get busy and there will be a line some days but it's absolutely worth it to get pierced by her. If you're somebody who gets anxious, she's very very helpful and she does her best to work with everyone and give everyone the best experience possible. She loves to talk! Showed up late! Then took another 20 minutes to unload her supplies! She's only available for a couple hours on certain days and takes her sweet time to even knowledge customers. Waited 90 minutes then left because she had finished one customer and was just starting another. Not worth the wait. read more

I came in on March 16th with my friend. I got one piercing. I have and have had alot of piercings, I have never felt so comfortable getting a piercing. Angel was/is so kind she has a natural presence that is claming (that is rare to find) she gave me all the information I needed to clean and maintain this piercing. It was great it was all typed up so I didn't have to try and remember something and accidentally forget. She answered EVERY question I had. She did not make decisions with out me, she asked me where I wanted this piercing and moved it around to see what I thought would look good on me and what type of jewelry I wanted and even let me choose! When I got the piercing I DID NOT FEEL ANYTHING, I'll admit I was surprised I thought it would hurt a little but didn't feel anything! She is so polite, caring, respectful, knowledgeable, chill and helpful. If you've never had a piercing and want one or your child wants their ears pierced I 100% reccomend that you come see Angel! read more

waiting over 3 hours without so much of a greeting than "sign in" was not the best experience. everyone else in the lobby was there before me, waiting even longer. she also took so many smoke breaks. i ended up leaving and getting my piercing somewhere far more professional and sanitary, and the piercers told me that they have many people coming with messed up piercings (mostly underage girls and their nipple piercings). would not recommend read more
