But they carry stuff for almost every craft that you could think of. They also have a wide variety of markers and paints. If you are a sewer they have a big section for everything that you would need. They also have a great seasonal section for your special holidays. In general the prices here are decent and average compared to other craft stores. They don't offer coupons anymore. Which is a little disappointing but they do have good sales going on. The service from the employees was great. Very welcoming and willing to help with whatever you may need. I definitely will be back to this location.

It's SO hard to know which line is open, there's so much waiting because they ring everything up by hand and enter in codes, and while the staff is super helpful and kind, it seems like the setup is sabotaging sales. An extra note to keep in mind when shopping here (I'll be sure to clean everything I pick up now even if it appears new) if you want to continue reading: On a recent visit to find the perfect gift for a friend's housewarming, I happened to see a toddler climbing all over the sofas and chairs, grabbing at candles and decorative ornate glass items, one being a chess set. The guardian finally caught onto their antics, swooped him up in their arms to keep him close finally, but not before he kept two of the chess pieces in his hands. As they're now standing in line on front of me, the toddler proceeds to put these chess pieces on his mouth (it was a chess piece larger than his hand so it didn't seem like an immediate choking hazard, but I kept a close eye in the meantime since the guardian didn't seem to notice); after a few minutes, I had to notify the guardian of the toddler putting these things in his mouth and she grabbed the saliva-ridden wet pieces, wiped them on her pants and put them off to the side on the counter and proceeds to finish her transaction. Another clerk happened to come by the counter, grabbed the two chess pieces and puts them back on display. I couldn't say anything yet because the guardian and toddler were still in front of me. When they were done and I was next to check out, I let the clerk helping me know what happened with the chess pieces and how another clerk puts it back on display. Commenting it needs to be cleaned and sanitized. When I paid, I did roam around the store some more to see if anything was going to be done about the saliva on the chess pieces, and the store was just myself, the two clerks, and one other customer waking around the store. No one tended to the saliva chess pieces I'd mentioned. At least not within the next 15 min I lingered m around. I thought it'd at least be an attempt to try and clean that area. Just very disappointing to learn not everything is pristine and clean as their displays may appear.

I appreciate that they sell both new and second-hand pieces (we bought both). We worked with Juan, who was pleasant and highly informative and knowledgeable. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates.
