Crisis escape rooms is a very fun experience with very immersive rooms and fun complex puzzles.

We had an amazing time yesterday at the crisis room. My daughter wanted to try her first escape room for her 15th birthday and she really enjoyed it. We were a party of 8 and did the Mr. Giggles room. The room is smaller compared to other escape rooms I've been to but it was still fun for all of us. Absolutely would recommend this place for anyone who is wanting to try their first escape room experience or for even an experienced player! Amazing customer service - my dad came from out of state to visit for the weekend and we wanted to do something different. Problem was that it was around 10am and wasn't sure what we could do since most places don't open yet. I gave this place a call to find out if they were open (I realized they didn't open until the afternoon). I had the pleasure of talking to Don who was kind enough to open the place just for us since he was on his way there anyway. He was super friendly and accommodating! We did Apartment 10B and with some help and a minute and a half to go, we made it! So much fun, would love to go again. read more

Came here with a group of friends and had high expectations. As soon as we walked in, a young guy (likely early 20s) greeted us but immediately started complaining about being short staffed, people breaking things, etc., all while using foul language and being quite unprofessional. It's possible he thought it would be okay speaking to us that way seeing as we were likely around the same age, but the entire group found odd and very off putting. The room was fun because it was a new experience, however there were quite a few issues with the room. Duplicate keys were in the room in plain sight, lock boxes not opening properly, and the biggest issue was that the safe in the room somehow "reset" itself, so no matter how many times we put in the CORRECT code we were unable to open it. We expressed this to the guys working but all they could say was "That happens sometimes. Sucks." ????? A simple apology would have been nice but instead the staff was extremely rude to us and even made a comment "even if you did get the safe open you likely wouldn't have solved it." Well, it's SAFE to say we will not be back again. I hate to see places in the area fail, but if this one wants to continue hiring young, immature, and rude people to run their business they are going to keep losing customers. read more

Omg! Well this was my second time here. I've already done "Infected" and "Apartment 10B"; both of which were fantastic and even though we only managed to escape Apartment 10B, they were both a blast. The employees that we had were very accommodating and helpful. Zack greeted us at the door and he was very helpful. As was Nick, who walked us through part of the intro. The rooms are well structured and very realistic. They mix a great deal of realism and investigation for an exciting and enticing final product. I highly recommend this for groups of 6-8. This is the first escape room type thing I've ever gone to do, and it really impressed me! We had a group of 5 and took on Apartment 10B and managed to get through (with a little help). The clues we got were helpful, but not too revealing, which gave us just the push we needed but didn't give us any direct answers. We had a lot of good fun for my dad's birthday. By the time we were out we were already talking about coming back. It might seem a little pricey, but it's well worth it!! read more

We got there at 11:30 pm and steve met us. He Explained us everything perfectly. We played 1 game first. He made game way more fun him messaging us on screen. We enjoyed game so much that we decided to do second game and even tho it was too late already 1 am steve was more then happy to let us play another room. He stayed there till 2 am only to please us. My family and I had a horrible experience at the location. The customer service was awful and the employee (Steve) was outright rude and disrespectful. He had a very condescending tone, he spoke to my husband and I as if we were children the entire. The last straw was he approached me accusing me of having a photo and demanding I delete it. While explaining to him that I didn't have a photo, he insisted I did, all while standing almost nose to nose with me. At this point, I felt threatened and asked him to step back. Naturally, my husband became protective and insisted Steve remove himself from my personal space immediately because things had gotten out of hand. The evening ended with my husband and children waiting in the car while Steve called the police. When the officers arrived, they immediately could see that Steve was the problem and had to instruct him several time to stop addressing me. One of the officer told me that he had visited this same escape room with his family and did not enjoy his experience either. This was an unfortunate event that took place on my daughters 18th bday and sadly one that she won't forget. Also, I feel it was overpriced. Save your money, I don't recommend. Steve was awful!!! I only gave it one star because the star rating is required. I give this place 0 stars! read more

LOVED IT. This was my first time at an escape room and I had WAY more fun than I anticipated. It's definitely about who you go with. There were 6 of us, 30-40 age range and high energy. We had a ball. We did apartment 10b..Very well thought out and a great room to start since most of us were new to this. Highly recommend but go with a full group of people you know well. read more

This was my first escape room and I had a good time! It was really difficult and we definitely used all of our clues! What made the experience even better was the owner. It's Christmas Eve and the owner was the only one working. We had a group of four and at the last minute, a group of three came in and we were going to have to do the room with someone else. Since it was my first time, I really hoping we could do the room alone. We asked the owner and he seemed a little reluctant at first (I clearly didn't understand how the rooms worked!) he was the only one working and wouldn't be able to watch over both rooms at once. He ended up calling his daughter (on Christmas Eve!!) to come work so we could do the room alone. It was so sweet that he went above and beyond so that we could have a great experience. The room was fun and challenging and we definitely didn't finish in the hour. He let us have longer time to complete the room and popped in to give us some extra clues. The only down side would be the price. It was $28/person. I can't say if that's comparable to other escape rooms, but it just seems a little steep for the hour. All in all, I had a great time and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to do something different. Especially with how awesome and considerate the owner was! Great activity for the winter when there are not a lot of outside options. read more

Took my daughter and 5 friends here for my daughter's 13th birthday. I could hear them all laughing and screaming inside the room. They didn't end up solving the mystery, but they all had a great time. Unfortunately, the employees were less than professional. First off, there was nowhere in the front area where I could watch the girls working their way through the room. Bummer, but at least I could hear them. I had an hour to kill waiting for them, so I had brought a book with me. Too bad there were initially no chairs by the front desk waiting area. About 15 minutes into sitting my butt on the concrete floor, a female employee walked in and made note of the fact that a woman was sitting on the floor reading a book! Soon after, one of the guys came in and set up several chairs. OK, great. I situate myself and start reading, but unfortunately, right next to this front area is the office. The 2 guy employees and chair girl are all sitting in there with the door open, chatting and eating lunch. Would have been fine, except for the belching, talking about being drunk, complaining about the schedule, etc. coming from that room. The girl was the worst, dropping f bombs and cussing a blue streak. Now I'm hardly innocent with my mouth but I thought a little bit of decorum was necessary, considering that families come here and at the moment, there happened to be several adolescent girls. I could not WAIT to get out of there. The girls came out all excited about the adventure. We hung around for 3 or 4 minutes while they explained how things went. At no time did any of those employees come out and say goodbye or thanks for coming or how was it..... What they did do was come and close the door to their office party! My daughter and crew loved it but I will not be returning with anyone else to this place. I'll try the new one in orland. Sadly, these clueless millenials have lost a large family of potential customers for their disrespectful behavior. read more

We had a group of 18 go to this. We booked two full rooms. In both rooms the teams got hung up and couldn't get out. I both cases it was because there were locks in the rooms that were malfunctioning and not because we didn't have the code. Have gone to other Escape rooms before and this one seemed very unimaginative in comparison to the others. read more

My family and I went to this particular event for my father's birthday. There were six of us, and we chose their hardest room. We loved the concept of our room, but were all very disappointed by the end. First, the room was way too small for six people to be doing it in the first place. Then, their employee had to come into the room three times for different things that weren't working. First, the computer in our room wasn't on. Then the keyboard, which we needed to use as part of the room, wasn't working (and a ton of our time was wasted trying to figure out what we needed to do to get it to work, since the employee ignored my numberous comments asking if the keyboard was supposed to work). Then the wall pieces weren't working either. We got within the last three parts of the puzzle, one of which included a safe. The safe had a safety mechanism that locked you out for 15 minutes if you put in three incorrect pass codes, which seems incredibly unfair in a game based on puzzles where you are given no instruction on what may be the code and only have an hour to complete the room. So even if we had completed the last three steps, we could not have won based on that technicality. When we ran out of time, the worker came in and explained the remaining steps to us, only when he got the part where you have to put a code into a lock, the code wouldn't work for him. The lock did not unlock and he chucked it up to "someone must have reset the lock", so even the worker who knew the combination couldn't open it, making the "challenge" impossible. The employee did not apologize for the fact that they had three different things in the room not work. Nobody acknowledged the fact that the room would have been impossible to beat or offered us any sort of consolation to the fact that we spent $180 to do this activity and they couldn't even provide us with a fully functional or possible to beat room, which in my mind is terrible customer service. When that much goes wrong, we should have been offered a discount, refund, or some compted tickets to come back to try another, more functional room. This is not the first escape room that I have been to, and I had plenty of fun and loved the other ones that I went to with fully functional rooms. I would highly recommend the experience, just not at this establishment. PanIQ in Chicago was a much better experience, in my personal experience. read more

My friends and I have completed the crisis rooms here on two separate occasions. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for something fun and "out of the ordinary" to do. Such a great idea for a group or team-building activity! The only complaint is that it costs $28 per person which is a little pricey for a one hour activity... but it's not steep enough to stop me from going again. Definitely check for coupons before buying your tickets. Can't wait to try another room in the future! read more

This was my first experience with a venue like this. In the future I will not be returning to this location. The staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed when asked questions. When one of us was able to guess a lock combination three staff suddenly appeared in our doorway and in essence expressed extreme displeasure that we were able to open it implying that we did something very wrong when in fact that was not done. I will definitely recommend friends try a different location as this was not fun! read more

I came here with great expectations. We were greeted with two guys who were not in the best mood and seemed annoyed with us immediately. That was unfortunate but we didn't let it get the best of us. Upon walking in the room we were having a great time until one of the keys was missing from the little key chain it was supposed to be on. So we were close to figuring the room out but didn't have a chance because a key was stolen from the previous customers. Upon telling the people who work there he kept telling us "that's fucked up" instead of apologizing or offering us a deal because we couldn't of figured it out given there was a key missing. The front desk guys said "that sucks" and didn't apologize and we left and they immediately locked the door after we left. Not good customer service and they should check beforehand that everything you need is in the room. Will not be back to this location. read more
