My wife specifically requested dressing on the side, and that the salad not be mixed. The salad was completely covered dressing and mixed by a person who spoke virtually no English. As a result, the avocado cannot be split in 2 for consumption with the rest of the salad at a later time. When she requested a receipt was told that there was no paper left to print one. I love a "make your own" salad place. And this was no exception. Lots of ingredients, fresh, and fast. Service is just as expected, ok, they put in what you want and move to the next, but they do have a system to move quickly. Salad was great but the price a bit expensive, as it seems to be with all these salad bar places. Inside seating was limited but has a nice outdoor area, and thankfully had some umbrellas for shade as it gets really hot during the summer. One of my favorite restaurants in NWA. As someone with a sensitive stomach, I can't be out here eating greasy cakes or meats. This is one of my safe restaurants that I can always trust to be clean and filling. I do have to say, it's always super loud inside for some reason like... the music choice that you're subjected to while ordering inside is pretty awful but the outside seating is so lovely that I cant hardly care.
