The name isn't really fitting. There are a few snacks but there are more meals...They have smoothies that are good. The bowl (mushroom one is what I had) was good and their take and bake at home meals were really tasty as well. The downside is they close at 3pm and don't do bowls at all on the weekend. Then during the week they stop bowls at 3. Their house made granola is very good. If you're looking for a smoothie or bowl, I would recommend here. Their meals are healthy and reasonably priced. Meat quality is high and very fresh. They also serve vegan and vegetarian options as well. Love the variety of meals here - it's not just American steak and potatoes. Service is also great each time I come in, and everything is very clean. I cannot believe this place is still open. After trying a smoothie from here, I ended up with severe stomach issues that lasted all day. At first, I thought it was something else I ate, but it turns out multiple people have had the exact same problem from this place. That is not a coincidence, that's a pattern. I was like okay the smoothie didn't taste all that great but a friend brought a juice for me to try and it seemed decent enough so I went to checkout the other offerings myself and ended up having stomach issues AGAIN. On top of that, the latte I ordered had a lid that smelled absolutely foul--completely undrinkable. When I tried their "freshly baked" muffin, it was so cold and hard maybe even frozen solid even though they claimed to have a bakery. Nothing about this operation feels safe, sanitary, or honest. This is beyond disappointing it feels dangerous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Until they get shut down or completely overhaul their standards, I'm warning people to stay far away. read more

Not for the Açaí Purists Cool vibe, good energy, and the rest of the menu looked solid but as someone who really knows and loves açaí, this place missed the mark. Their bowls aren't true açaí everything's heavily blended with banana and other fillers, so you don't actually taste the açaí at all. It ended up feeling more like a purple banana smoothie than a real açaí bowl. If you're new to açaí, you might not notice. But if you're an açaí purist looking for that rich, earthy, slightly tart flavor that a real bowl should bring this isn't it. read more

The environment is very green/eco friendly which was the first thing that caught my eye. Staff is really nice & helpful. They really try to make most of the food gluten free accessible in addition to other dietary needs like vegetarian and vegan. The food was plentiful & filling. They ran out of tofu for my texmex bowl unfortunately and the food was just ok. I was looking for more flavor but I can tell it's health conscious so I appreciate that. We dined on Snack Lab at Bentonville Bike Fest and we were so glad we did! We ordered the steak wrap and the Thai chicken wrap. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. I'm not a big wrap fan typically because the tortillas are often too much - not this wrap, friends! Perfectly proportioned to the ingredients. The owner was present and suggested we grab a maple granola and I'm so glad we did. We don't live local to NWA but we will be ordering the granola online to have at home. As someone who's always trying to eat healthier but also very lazy, this place is a god send. I'm super busy and often we don't have access to a full kitchen since we are rehabbing properties. This place is a great place for me to stock up on some paleo meals and call it a week. I am sad (and hungry!) on sundays when they are closed. I need of healthy but filling food? Snack Lab is a must. There are cold case selections of a variety of items if you are short on time. They also sell a few pantry style items and snacks. Otherwise they have a variety of bowls. Acai bowls and savory bowls. There is room for improvement in the savory bowls but nothing that would stop me from going. I had the Mediterranean bowl with the quinoa and rice blend as my base. The cucumber salad on top was ample enough for sauce, no need for the dressing. The falafel was soft, not crisp but I loved it. Then it had cooked potatoes and zucchini blend on it, I thought it didn't fit the rest of the bowl however it was amazing. My husband had the beef teriyaki bowl. The beef was very lean and cooked perfect. His veggies were a bit overcooked but a great mix of green beans, carrots and broccoli. The staff were all friendly and helpful. read more

I've picked up food here for delivery, numerous times, but have never been here as a customer. I decided today was the day. I wanted a smoothie, so I came here. I ended up deciding on the Coco Chia 20oz size, YUM!!! Looks like baby poop, lol but is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! While waiting on my smoothie to be made, I looked around at their cooler foods and etc, and noticed one of my all time favorite dishes.... pupusas. They have pupusas for sale for like $6-$7 bucks. At about $10 each for really barely anything. I've paid less and gotten more at other places. I picked up the vegan pasta and vegan burrito. And both were underwhelming to say the least. There is no flavor! In anything. I sometimes cook bland food at home. But this was too bland even for me. There's like no taste to the food. In any of the options I picked up. Even the strawberry lemonade didn't have a taste. The pasta could have used more sauce AND some form of seasoning and that would make it taste better. The burrito just needs more everything. There was no taste whatsoever. No salt either. Is that a thing here too? Healthier tasteless options? Really suggest seasoning your food a bit more. Or label items so we know what we're getting into. Great spot for healthy on the go meals/snacks. Whenever I want to eat healthy in NWA, I scratch my head a little so it's so great to know there is a place to go for those that want a healthy meal quickly between meetings. I got the Tex mex bowl and hibiscus kombucha, both of which I liked A LOT!! This is not a place for group lunches or for a nice eating pit atmosphere, it's very grab and go though you can eat inside. The owner told me that prepurchasing meals to prep for the week is going to be an option at some point which will provide another alternative to Evolve Palio. Very cool place! Food is delicious and there is so much more inside than I thought. For some reason I thought it was just a smoothie place but they have a million other things in there and it's like a little food health store. We definitely will be back. The ONLY down side is their to go meals don't have the nutritional info listed so I don't know how to really track my calories but I was told they're working on that. So great! Went to order and were informed we were looking at weekend menus. Weekday menus were brought out and we were handed a menu covered in food. Had a breakfast bowl. Rice, eggs, and potatoes were cold. This is essentially not palatable. Obviously premade and pulled out of refrigeration and served. Jam sandwich was missing strawberry's which is like 1 of three ingredients. Breakfast sandwich was ok, just completely apart. I have been here in the past and this place was good. Hoping some of these issues are related to staffing and Post COVID difficulties.
