We stopped here for lunch. It's a short drive off Hwy 80 so a nice stop when you are traveling. It was quite busy and the line to order never really went down. I chose a build your own salad and basically built a Greek salad. Wish they would have that option on the menu. By the time I added some Kalamata olives and feta cheese the salad was $16. I like the salads and the ingredients are fresh but I find this place to be very expensive for what you get. I think build-your-own should be able to choose from any ingredients for your 4 options, not have to pay an up charge of $1.25 for a tiny scoop of Kalamata olives. We finally had a chance to try this place out and are so glad we did! It can be a bit overwhelming at first - should we try one of their signature salads or grain bowls or a build your own? In the end, I decided on the Fiesta Bowl with some customization: instead of chicken, I added roasted cauliflower (I'm a vegetarian) and I added pickled onions and left off the queso fresco. It was very filling and had a bit of a bite due to the jalapeños and the jalapeño lime vinaigrette. Very yummy! Hubby had the chicken bacon ranch salad and instead of pickled onions, he added craisins. He enjoyed it very much. I love how the bowls/salads can be customized. Staff was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was light and bright - just don't scrape your chair on the floor as it makes a screeching noise!
