My car insurance was a pain to work with, and Art coached me through the whole thing. Additionally, Art/Goodfellas really stepped up and helped me handle them and get reimbursed. (He even gave me the lowdown on which auto insurance companies might seem like a good deal because they have cheaper rates, but they try to wiggle out of paying when you need them). I was so impressed with the work they did on my car that insurance covered, that I wound up scheduling a follow-up to have them fix another issue I'd been meaning to fix. They did good work, at a much better rate than the previous shop that had given me a quote. Also, I'm not much of a movie person, but the Goodfellas theme/decor was entertaining, too. B and I drove the jeep up to Utah for a week this summer, and went all crazy driving every backroad we could find. Came home and the jeep was covered in red dust inside and out (and dog hair, everything is just ALWAYS covered in dog hair) oh, and there was sunscreen dribbled on the seats, and some PBJ and Pringles sandwich crumbs wedged in the little cracks and crannies of the console, and random mud from when we crossed a river I don't know the name of, and, well, things were a mess. I called On The Spot, and they set me up with an appointment the next day. Two very nice guys (I'm so sorry I don't remember their names because they were really great) showed up with everything they needed to clean my car, all set up in a van. I didn't have to get them power or water or anything. I just pulled the jeep out of the garage and went on with the rest of my day while they worked on the truck right in my driveway. When they were infinished, about 2 hours later, it was a new truck! I swear it looked better than the day I brought it home from the dealer. You could eat off the hubcaps if you were weird like that. They did the inside, the outside, the wheels and the engine, and it actually sparkled! OK it wasn't cheep. This is not a thing I could afford to do except in extenuating circumstances (like Utah red dust coating EVERYTHING inside the car), but I'm not sorry I did it. I would call these guys again for sure. Makes coming home from a road trip a whole lot nicer for sure.

On the spot did a "full" detail on my truck had it for about 5-6 hours and looked like a misters car wash granted it was free to me from the dealership to fix their mess up, on the spot was still paid for my truck but I was very disappointed with the detail. Tons of dust in all the cracks of my panels and air vents still, no leather conditioner was used, my windows were done poorly covered in smudges, My rims look like they were not even tried on, engine bay wasn't even touched. PLUS I got it back with paint chips on my door which I know weren't there because like I said I had just gotten my truck back from the dealership were they painted that exact door a week before. I have used another detailer the last 8 years I will be sticking with J&SONS MOBILE DETAILING.

While my dogs didn't judge how fithy my car was...I as an owner felt pretty embarrassed and ashamed how poorly my car's maintenance and cleanliness were. I was able to schedule my appointment online...and even when I called them the day before my appointment that I needed to reschedule my appt last minute..they didn't make a big deal out of a hassle I caused. I knew my car would take a long time to clean/detail...and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't too tight on my time and that the car could be thoroughly cleaned. On the day of my appointment, Anthony (#2!) helped take a look at my car and quoted a price that was acceptable to me. He was very honest with the condition of my car and gave me a realistic timeframe on how long it may take them to clean my car. I ended up rescheduling it the next day since I had a meeting to attend and it would take a while to get it thoroughly clean. On the day of, Anthony was super flexible. He even showed up 30 min earlier before the shop open to wait for me. After I dropped my car off, he dropped me off to whichever location I wanted to go...and even picked me up when my car was done! So convenient..and I got to relax and not wait in an office while waiting for the car to be cleaned, too! It took almost all day to clean my car...since it was soooo filthy! (hey...I'm not really a car person..and thus never seriously cleaned my car..since it was going to get ruined by my dogs so frequently). But..when I saw my car after they cleaned it...WOWWWW is an understatement. I think it looked even much better than when I bought my car used/secondhanded from an online marketplace! The owner Anthony (#1) was also just as pleasant to talk to as Anthony (the guy who led cleaning of my car!. I would definitely love to use this business again when I need my car cleaning shenanigans done. They do a lot of things based on my conversation with them...regular cleaning, dog/dust cleaning, hazmat cleaning, etc. Talk to them and see what may suit you.
