My car insurance was a pain to work with, and Art coached me through the whole thing. Additionally, Art/Goodfellas really stepped up and helped me handle them and get reimbursed. I was so impressed with the work they did on my car that insurance covered, that I wound up scheduling a follow-up to have them fix another issue I'd been meaning to fix.
