I have only had good experiences with this company! They are super available, easy to book, and every clean I have had whether it be general or a move-out clean has been above and beyond! They really pay attention to the little details and cut no corners. Edit*** Unfortunately I had to change my review after my move-out clean today. I was booked for noon today and got a text at 7:55am that the cleaner was there. I rushed over and then waited in my car for an hour as they were at the wrong location and not communicating very well with me. Then the move-out clean for my 1 bedroom apartment took 5 hours. I feel disappointed and taken advantage of because I feel like the cleaner did a good job but milked the time so I would have to pay more. 1st off, partly my fault, but the cleaners who showed up didn't speak any English, and I should know Spanish. The appointment was for noon to 2, and they asked if they could show up 1.5 hours early. Not even 2 minutes later, they message again, saying they'll keep the noon to 2 time. The crew that didn't speak English didn't show up until almost 3:45, 1.75 hours later than the latest scheduled time. The crew, even though they didn't speak English, were very friendly and got right to work. They didn't miss any of the instructions for the services requested. They did, however, not vacuum very well. They also missed some fairly important spots, considering it was a move out deep cleaning, such as under the top of the stove, the top of the warmer drawer, the sides of the stove where it meets the countertop, the shower walls upper area just to name a few missed spots. Did I mention the lack of vacuuming? I vacuumed myself & emptied the canister 3 times for 850 sq ft unit. The price lint was very affordable and they did offer nearly last minute booking. read more

Very unprofessional group. My last 3 cleanings were not good at all- dirty and guests complained. I asked them to call me or I would find a new cleaner. They called and said "find a new cleaner". They also said the last cleaning was on them- then charged my credit card 12 minutes later. This cleaning company bailed on me Without any reasons. And my property is super easy- that is not the reason I think they are going out of business so I would stay away from this unprofessional group. Where do we begin? After reading the responses from the owner on previous reviews I have to be fully prepared for beratement and mistreatment. But, honesty is the best policy. We took this recommendation from Scottsdale Living and unfortunately we should not have. You do not know unless you try I suppose. We scheduled a DEEP CLEAN for a Saturday. We wanted to be sure we were home to make sure we could walk through and point out areas of focus. There was a dusting of the baseboards, the sides of the washer and dryer (we asked no one to move anything), and some areas that you would assume would be normal like picture framers or shelves. I would like to assume that there was a language barrier due to Spanish-only speaking employees, but my son who is a fluent Spanish speaker was present. We left them to it, went to the park, and enjoyed our afternoon. We met them as they were leaving. On the surface everything looked great, baseboards were dusted as were the wood blinds. After they departed, we looked much closer at the things you would assume would be done, they were not. Picture frames, tops of window sills, shelves, and even the specifically pointed-out washer and dryer area. It was awful. It was as if they followed a rule, if we cannot reach it we will not clean it. I reached out to the company and requested a call. That call never came to me. I left another message asking to speak with them prior to this review, but to no avail, it also never came. As I read the poor reviews and the unprofessional and berating responses from this owner, it only further drives me to use my large social media platform to ensure they do not continue to deliver poor performance to others. I have one small dog that does not shed, no other pets, and my home is not cluttered or disorganized. But we are good people, we tipped the young ladies based on trust and the 4.6 ratings they had, but lesson learned over $500.00 later we essentially were taken. We thought even after they called and said they needed an additional 1.5 hours we were thinking to ourselves, they are really getting it done. We were wrong. I understand bad reviews often from an angry place, but I am not angry, rather disappointed and feel a little taken advantage of. After calling some friends we located other cleaners that are regulars in their homes and are much less expensive. So take this review however you choose, but if it at least made you think twice then it was worth my time. I have a small one bedroom apartment and requested certain things be done. I didn't want a big bill since they charge for individual types of work. 2 ladies, who spoke spanish only, where very fast workers and were doing more than I ask (I couldn't stop them), so I checked with the office, to make sure I wouldn't be charge extra. They were very nice about it and kept to the original price. The work the Ladies did was great and I will be using them in the furture. read more

Absolutely the worse...buyer beware! I hired them to "deep clean" my house and they showed up with only a bucket and water. They didn't use any cleaning agents or disinfectants. Once I realized this was the case, I called their office to complain. The office basically said they would call me back. While waiting they gathered their items and were ready to leave. I never got a call back so I called the office back. The cleaning people didn't speak English and the office was. I help. I asked them to leave, which they did, and no sooner did I receive a charge on the same credit card I used as a deposit - $466.17. Hired to clean up for a home purchase. We mopped the floors and there were three bucketfulls of black water. Cat/dog hair all over the corners and around the appliances. Dust all over the cabinets and shelving. Debris all over the entrance door to the kitchen. I'm not sure what they did beside wipe down the appliances and mirrors. read more

The person running this business is completely unprofessional and does not know how to run a business. My mom booked cleaners to come to my condo a few weeks ago, and specified that they needed to come 2pm or later because my husband works from home and wouldn't be able to clear out before then. The cleaners showed up just before noon. They were unable to communicate because they did not speak English and he does not speak Spanish, so he finally just let them in, and they began cleaning. They were not able to clean where he works, as he was still working. They were there for less than an hour and did not clean under the dining room table or under the beds, and it was clear they had done a rush job. My mom called Cris to ask her to send cleaners back to complete the job, again 2pm or later so that my husband would be finished working. Cris agreed, but they again showed up just before noon. My husband told them to come back at 2pm and they said they would. They never came back. My mom called Cris to see when they would be coming back. Cris has dodged her calls since then and refuses to call back, but she did see fit to charge us for the whole amount, even though the cleaning job was incomplete. I would not recommend doing business with Cris, and we will certainly not be returning for additional cleaning services. read more

This was the worst service I have ever had, They sent 3 Hispanic people to my residence and not one of them spoke English, the youngest girl could not have been older than 15 years old. I walked them through the house and showed them what I needed cleaned, The master bathroom and wipe kitchen counter, sweep, mop and vacuum. I went to do laundry and came back to the master bathroom and the male in the group had my bed stripped down and the female was wiping the counter with a dry cloth. I tried to ask the male cleaner what he was doing as I had just changed my sheets and washed all my blankets, he could not understand anything I was saying. The man proceeded to call a woman on the phone who was translating and I told her to have them leave as they had no idea what they were doing and no idea what I was wanting done. she said they are trained cleaner and she would tell them to clean what I wanted and they still could not get anything correct. The 3 cleaners were here for 50 minutes and I asked them to leave. The company charged my credit card and refused to give me a refund. the companies web site states they are licensed and bonded, I don't believe that for one minute as there is no way these people could get bonded as they cannot even speak English and the youngest one certainly could not get bonded as she was not old enough. I called the office and left a message asking for my money back and this is the response I got. here is a copy of the texts from the company and myself. From the company after my voice mail: Hi Margaret we received your voicemail before business hours at office. Our business is the one that needs to be licensed, bonded and insured, not the employees and we do have all three. We sent you a listing to your email of everything included in the service you agreed to take over the phone. Our crew members already have the training and instructions to perform that cleaning. If you wished to conduct the cleaning to your specific requirements we have a custom cleaning. That one is charged at $65 an hour per employee and crew will be instructed to follow any of your indications. There was no need for demeaning and abusive language from your side. From me to the company: Let me be CLEAR, you sent 3 individuals who could not speak English and could not understand one word i said. I spoke with you on the phone while they were here and you assured me you would relay to them what I needed cleaned? Obviously that was not done. Your cleaners were the worst I have ever seen and I asked them to leave. They were here for 50 minutes and nothing got done. I absolutely am not paying for this service as it absolutely was not satisfactory. I want a refund immediately or I will ask my credit card company to reverse this charge. As far as employees they personally need to be bonded to enter someones home to do a service and it was obvious they are not bonded and I would probably believe they don't even have a social security card. One of the cleaners was around 15 years of age TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. please refund my credit card From the company to me: Those accusations have no foundation. Do not use this company!! They are scammers and cons! We used them to clean our Airbnb.. and for the price we paid, we did not receive our money's worth. First off they were late arriving, no call to say they are running late! I had to call them!! That was the first red flag. I returned to my property to see if they had shown up yet.. and just as I was pulling up they were leaving. It had only been 90 minutes!! My property is over 2000 SQFT.. there's no way could have cleaned everything in that time! And they didn't.. not only did they not vacuum, sweep or mop! But just made the beds with used sheets!! WTF! Who does this? Also found pee on the seat! Yes.. one of their so called cleaners used the bathroom and left pee on the seat!! And to top it all off I had a wedding party checking in an hour! Plus.. I had a vacation planned and had to miss our plane flight to clean the property before the wedding party checked in!!! When I called this Horrible company to let them know they did not do the job I had paid for... and I missed a flight because of it! I wanted my money back. They had the nerve to ask for pictures of the issues we had. What?!?! I had to miss my flight to clean the house and do it fast!! I had to fix all the issues before the wedding party was checking in. Well they said they wanted to send these so called cleaners back to fix the problem. I told them why?! Because I had to fix everything myself before check in.
