RESPONSE: I'm sorry but it was a deep voice who answered so I assumed it was a man. And yes, I did state why I was calling but since you hung up on me you must not have heard me. You say the called showed up as spam, then why bother answering. If you decided to answer the call you should have taken a few seconds to listen to the caller instead of hanging up. When I brought this up, she said she was short-handed and tired and told me she would come back the next day to finish the job. I never heard from her. Two days later, I texted asking when she would be coming back. She said she was driving and would let me know, but again, I heard nothing. I eventually asked for a partial refund because the services I paid for were not completed. She agreed to give me one, but never followed through with that either. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend her. The cleaning was incomplete, and more importantly, she did not follow through on her promises to finish the job or provide the partial refund she agreed to.
