If this is the kind of customer service they provide over the phone we definitely don't want to do business with them. RESPONSE: I'm sorry but it was a deep voice who answered so I assumed it was a man. And yes, I did state why I was calling but since you hung up on me you must not have heard me. You say the called showed up as spam, then why bother answering. If you decided to answer the call you should have taken a few seconds to listen to the caller instead of hanging up.
