He stated he would send the application for me to apply , which for what reason never happen . I had previously been approved for another property someone where but it was more pricey than your property and due my daughter going to Howard w Blake located down the street the commute would have been reasonably convenient. It's a shame to feel as if I was prescreened before giving the equal opportunity to apply. I stress this to Jeff in text and felt if there's was a misunderstanding as to why he never submitted the application to my email, he would of rectified in a response, instead I received no response which indeed spoke volumes that apparently I do fit the standards to apply to your property. It's 2023 and that's really a disgrace to know that type of mannerism still exists

My wife and I accepted an offer on our condo as we were leaving for the Airport for a 2 week trip…read moreto Asia. When we returned we had 2 weeks to find a place to live or become homeless. Mark Palace hooked us up with Paula Zima who showed us a huge mix of rentals and fixer uppers. We looked at almost everything from Melbourne Beach to Viera to North Merrit Island. As the weekend approached, Paula handed us off to Mike Novak so that she could attend a family event in Chicago. Mike showed us a couple of new properties that just came on the market in Satellite Beach. One of them appeared to fit our needs exactly. We made an offer along with 3 other people on the property. It turned out that our offer was 3rd lowest but Mike pointed out that our was cash and we could close in 2 weeks. After a little negotiation the buyer accepted our offer. Mike then flew into action getting inspections and closing every loop hole. I termite problems was found and Mike got the sellers to agree to fumigate the property and was able to get it done in 3 days. In addition to everything else Mike even got the sellers to throw in all of their lawn and garden equipment including at $400 mower. Working with the team at Palace Properties was a real joy. Mike and Paula were sensational and I would recommend them to anyone. Mark has put together a great team at Palace Properties.
