They have a great variety of food available that you wouldn't expect in such a local establishment located on the smallest island of the Canary Islands. We ordered four cold beers and then my sister ordered the Dominican Chicken, my nephew the Chop Suey, my friend the Stuffed Eggplant and I opted for the Spaghetti. Everything was very well presented and prepared and DELICIOUS!! We ended the meal with an assortment of yummy desserts with expresso. My sister was inviting and was going to pay with a credit card but their machine wasn't working so the server gave her an IOU for her to come back another day to pay for the meal!! Prices were very reasonable. Just love this restaurant and their staff!!

The bright fluorescent lighting and modern concept interior stand out in high contract to the to dark and cozy tapas places around Santa Cruz. It was a bit off-putting at dinner time, but worth it. I would definitely go back at lunch. The menu calls everything a starter, but the ones we tried were basically entree size. We had pear and jamon salad (this is big enough to share), which was excellent. The ham croquettes came in a large serving (maybe 9) and were very rich. I had the wok/stirfry with shrimp - it was a little over seasoned for my taste and the vegetables a touch overcooked. I was happy to walk away full of vegetables instead of cheese, and we paid about €35 including a glass of wine and a bottle of beer. I like the local beer they served, brewed in the Canary Islands.

Resto is good for tourists as menu comes in many languages. Paper placemat is a map of the island. Sangria uses fresh fruit displayed in a case when you walk in. Good sign. Definitely not on the dry side. Fruit was so tender and sweet, it was like candy. Good sized seafood menu. I got the Langostinos al Grill (grilled king prawns). Well seasoned, but slightly (just tiny bit fishy). Hubs got the fish of the day. They called it Dorado but looked different than what we know it to be. Tender and clean, cooked great. Food takes a while to come out. Unless you're getting stuff like the breakfast plate--rice, egg, fries, and sausage. Service is on the slower side, but not unreasonable or horrible. Small dinner cost us 33 Euros, tip and tax included. Not bad at all. Solid, but not life changing. If you're staying in the area, stop in. But, no need to go out of your way to make it worth your while.

That's not the only reason this was my favorite dinner on my Spain trip (which also included Barcelona) - and any other restaurant likely would have stopped at the view. The service is above and beyond. The food is the best part, and yes, I've seen the deep teal ocean and felt the breeze from it. We ordered the sautéed mushrooms as an appetizer and the lobster risotto to split. Just wow. Everything was expertly prepared and the flavors mixed perfectly. I think the prices reflect the quality. We also finished our meal with some espresso and a biscuit. I'll be dreaming about that lobster risotto for a long time, perhaps until we make it back to Tenerife, which I hope is sooner than later.

This place specializes in seafood and you can see that from the large aquariums filled with lobsters and oysters. The waiters understand their profession and are at your service in a very subtle way. I had a light lunch salad with avocado and king prawns accompanied by a fresh dressing and topped with caviar. The spaghetti with seafood my companion ordered smelled devine, so I would recommend both. The place is also good for kids. They have a kids menu and there is a lot to see. Apart from the scary lobsters there is a large cage with exotic birds that lighten up the already cosy atmosphere with their songs. And then I did not even mention the view yet!

The prices seem no higher than the other restaurants around the harbour. This is a seafood restaurant and the only alternative to seafood is a steak. I did have steak. It was inedible. I did receive a replacement (that tasted good), but of course only when my dinner partner had finished. The fish of my friend tasted good. I added a photo. I was not given a steak knife and I sat on a plastic garden chair. There was a little bit of choas going on in the restaurant with the waiters shouting and running around. But it fitted this restaurant. This is a place where a little bit of choas and Spanish shouting only adds to the atmosphere. Credit cards are excepted and when we asked to add a tip to the bill, the waiter said that the restaurant policy is not to take tips. I believe there is no wifi.

But the fish coming was so delicious OMG really fresh and tasty. The price for all of that with a sangria and 2 softs...63eur! Really nothing compared to the quality and quantity.

It's a medium sized place, no a/c. We started with sow Prosecco (only one type offered) and some house bread and unsalted butter--they served it warm, a nice touch. The Prosecco was great tasting. For dinner we ordered the Pizza Mesicana and Spaghetti al Gamberi. Both were cooked fresh, served hot, and tasted out of this world. This place knows how to cook! For dessert we ordered the Banana Split and a couple of Cortados, and again they hit a home run! After we were done they provided a couple of Limoncellos that were super refreshing. What a great place. And on top of it, super reasonable prices! Most entrees were €10 to €12.
