They are happy to give you broken fixtures, not allow you to return because it's broken, The resolution is less than professional they insisted on ordering the glass that was broken-and of course the incorrect part. The disappointment continues. In addition, this client was limited in selection because of vaulted ceilings. When we asked to confirm all necessary pieces were included we were told no. We needed to order additional extension rod, however everything else needed for installation would be included. Of course, this was also bad information. Additional canopy covers needed to be ordered to compensate for the slope (They were not included). I could buy a similar fixture from home depot without all the aggravation. So sad I try to give local businesses support, this business makes it difficulty.

It can get overwhelming picking out lighting fixtures. Illuminations gives you one on one personal attention. Warren explained, demonstrated and gave us the 101 on lighting. There is nothing wrong with Home Depot or Lowes but it's generic stuff. I like my home to be different and unique. They have so many beautiful fixtures to fit every taste and budget. They offer you 100% satisfaction or they will happily exchange it.
