That alone tells me everything I need to know about the quality of the products being used. Meanwhile, at the River Walk, you get far better products, a scalp massage, actual professionalism -- and it costs LESS. I will never walk into this place again. This wasn't a mistake -- it was a rip-off. A complete and blatant one. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for allowing customers to be treated this way.

I asked for my dirty blonde roots to be blended with the bright blonde (like a balayage) and a dusting (trim). I left with my hair DARK brown and my hair butchered. Im not a confrontational person so I told myself it will lighten when I wash it. I'm not sure why my entire head was dyed or why she butchered my hair and chopped so much off for a dusting. I then called and asked if someone else could try and salvage my hair. I went back in and ended up having to chop ALL of my hair off into a bob. I showed a photo of what I had asked for and this lady then bleached my entire head!! As I was leaving the second time the lady at the desk had the audacity to ask me to leave a tip for the Second Lady. I was not given a refund or anything
