I walked in greeted by Annie and I have to say I'm so happyI came in. I now have a place for my spa time whenever I come up to the Casino and visiting my son. All the staff were friendly and fun. Instead of soaking them first to soften the acrylic, he immediately tried to cut them off, which was painful. I told him it was hurting, but he kept using the electric machine and cutting into the acrylic. Only after that did he add liquid to try to soften the nails, but by then the whole process was already very messy and uncomfortable. This is not the proper way acrylic nails should be removed. Because of this, my natural nails are now very damaged and look terrible. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the tools. They did not appear to be properly sanitized, and now I'm worried because I may have developed a fungal infection on my nails. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would not recommend coming here for nail services.
