They came out once rectify the situation, but we still don't know if the sump pump works, and now the radon mitigation system is not even connected or sealed. Despite multiple calls, they fail return a call or respond to emails. Stay far away from this business. I recommend anyone but American Waterworks for radon mitigation, or any type of work that may require follow up care.

We got several quotes and ultimately chose American Waterworks based on a recommendation from a family friend. Their estimate was in line with others we received who also offered transferrable lifetime warranties. I wish I'd gone with another company. First hiccup was that they didn't bring anywhere near enough pipe to move the discharge line to the location we had discussed. A phone call to the sales rep resolved that the day the work was being done. Second hiccup we discovered was that they had cut stair supports from our basement floor, left them dangling from the stairs, and put in an access point for the system under the stairs so we couldn't rebuild the supports ourselves. Kenny came out and did rebuild the cut part of the supports and moved the access point. Third hiccup was that they had left our old discharge pipe connected through the house, even though they'd cracked it, so water was leaking immediately outside the house. Kenny also fixed this. Fourth hiccup... they're coming for the annual maintenance check next month and we've just turned on our sprinklers, only to discover that they severed our irrigation line. Based on the fact that they buried the discharge line right on top of it, there's no way they didn't know they'd cut it. We cannot fix this ourselves as we can't access the entirety of the damage with their discharge line being where it is. No one works on the weekends to report the issue so I left two voicemails on Saturday. The first when I suspected they'd damaged the line and the second after I dug to investigate. I'll update my review when they've fixed the damage they caused. We're hoping for a timely repair as the city is digging up our boulevard this week and we can't locate the final sprinkler head due to the lack of water pressure in our sprinkler line. Living in St Paul for sometime, I was familiar with the Odd Couple Team and appreciated all of the…read morecommunity involvement that their team embodies. When I decided to make the move to purchase my own place, I knew that I wanted to work with them. I was matched with Austen Kordosky from their team and he was eager to help me get started. Austen was super friendly, very flexible and always kept my "Must Haves" in mind when showing me properties. He also didn't push back when I sent him listings that I wanted to check out, despite them not being a best fit for me; he allowed me to go through the process and grow through the process. Mid-way through my search I pivoted from wanting a condo to exploring a single family home and Austen eagerly pivoted with me showing me three properties the following morning. He was great about reaching out to me with a regular cadence and suggesting properties for me to tour. One property in particular was one where he was representing the seller and it was not yet on the market officially. When I walked in I was super impressed with the beautiful light of the south facing windows, the gorgeous hardwood floors and 100-year-old woodwork. Despite touring several houses after that, I kept thinking back to the property that would eventually become mine. By having a sneak peak into a pre-listing I was able to take more time with my choice to purchase and avoided the craziness of the spring real estate market. This was something that had plagued me on several prior offer submissions. Had I not been working with Austen I would have never found this gem. The whole Odd Couple Team in general was awesome to work with. The co-owner of the team called me when I started working with Austen and after I purchased my home to congratulate me. Additionally, I received a fun welcome gift from them at my closing that was an awesome surprise! That type of all star service is why you should work with their team. They take great pride in the work that they do and I am so grateful! Thanks Austen and team!
