I checked with Lincare to provide me with stationary and portable oxygen concentrators. I was…read morereferred to Oxygo a Lincare subsidiary. I spoke to Linda T. at the Lawrence Kansas office and explained to her that I wanted to acquire oxygen concentrators that I had a present supplier (Inogen) but I was not happy with their services. Linda immediately told me what she needed to have before transferring my services to Lincare, she kept me informed all thru the process. Once the final paper work was received from my doctor I had my new equipment in 8 working days. The equipment was delivered to my front door, by a young man, who was completely professional thru out the process. I asked him to provide specific lengths of oxygen tubing and was assured they would be mailed to me asap. This company provided the same exact portable concentrator that Inogen one provides, the only difference is that the equipment says Oxygo and not Inogen. Also Inogen would not provide me a backpack with the rented equipment , If I wanted one( and I did) I had to buy it. Lincare provided the backpack as part of the equipment that came with the rental equipment. The real benefit to using Lincare's Home Oxygen to you is that if I have a breakdown I will not have to wait 24-48 hours before the equipment is repaired or replaced. Inogen just could not get me a replacement within a reasonable amount of time, mainly because they do not have local offices. I would recommend to anyone who is in the Belton/Killeen/Temple area and need oxygen concentrators portable or stationary under Medicare and/or Tricare , call Lincare/Home Oxygen 2 U, and they will treat you right. I also have high hopes that in the future when I need expendable oxygen supplies they will provide them in a reasonable time frame. I appreciate that Linda T. took the time to listen to me and was able to provide the equipment that I needed without a long delay.

Initially, I thought my ankle was swollen, sprained and/or twisted. When the swelling did not go down and the pain did not subside, I knew I had to get relief. I needed crutches and that is how I ended up at Jayhawk Pharmacy. The staff was so nice and helpful. The lady who waited on me was very kind and she attended to all my needs. She helped fit me for crutches and showed me how to use them. There was a pharmacist on staff who also helped me. He advised me on ankle wraps and bandages. The crutch rental is a unique system. I paid $35 for the rental and I can use them as long as needed. There is no daily fee and I will get my $35 back when I return the crutches. Basically, they are making no money off these rentals and I appreciate their approach. They are obviously not trying to take advantage of people for a profit. I was very impressed with this business. You can tell they take a vested interest in their customers and they know their customers by name. This is not a big outfit at all but a very small mom-and-pop company. The atmosphere is very old pharmacy feel and nice. Great people and products.

We purchased a used Bruno SRE-3000 and have it partially installed. We had it operational before installing it. We can't get the charger to go from Red to Yellow or green. And no local stairlift companies will help us because it's a used unit. We really need help, Thank you, Steve & Ginger Huckins Curtis, That would be great as long as you service the Troy area. I just need help, the chair worked great before I took it off the rail to install the rail. I am having the darnest time getting any sort of help. Because it's a used unit. Long story short. Then when I initially put the chair on I did a break a part but I found it on line & replaced it. It was the SRE-30035. Then I put the chair back on the rail with that assembly & the cover off, so I could see and not damage that again. We just moved here and I'm just trying to make it so my wife can access the basement. However, I'm guessing from what you're telling me that you may have blown the fuse when taking the motor off the rail. If so it's a 5amp mini blade fuse which is located on the carriage of the motor.
