Brandon is clearly an expert at identifying critter issues and removing them. He identified our issue, found the entry point and did the initial work within an hour. We appreciate the removal and cleanup he performed. A male raccoon accessed our attic via some flashing near a soffit corner that wasn't reinforced. The following week, after making certain there was only one critter involved, Brandon reinforced the flashing tile to tie in to the soffit. I failed to understand the work would be done from the outside when he gave his explanation. He replied promptly to my query, when I followed up with him. While I wish the reinforcement work could have been done inside, in order to retain the original aesthetic, I am thankful that the problem is resolved. read more

Honestly could not even get a job from them. I tried Very bad customer service. Talked to someone when i called , Said they would be out on a monday, NOTHING no call no show. I emailed and did not call got a rep they said they never talked to me and the person was not from there. I then called that number and they answered saying it was that place. I even said are you sure . I said the guy was lying The person got mad that i called whoever was working there a liar which is understandable. I gave an extra star because they stuck up for their worker even if they knew they were wrong. I can respect that I then said i cant do business with a place that lies to me and does not show , They said cant to business with someone calling them a liar i found a different place. Also this was like 10 months ago I just never got around to writing a review, I forgot all about it until my neighbor said they had a similar experience so i looked up my message history and wrote the review. read more

The worst company, horrible customer service, outpriced. They placed a mousetrap above the ceiling in our office, and it's been 6 days since we heard something gets trapped in it!!! Called and called them numerous times! Gene Kepes (owner??? manager??? ) said they will schedule (!!!) someone! Really??? The smell is getting worse every day, there are nuggets going to crawl around soon, and we must wait for a free spot on their busy schedule???? So now no one is even answering the phone, and we have no idea when we will be blessed and saved by someone from Critter Control from that terrible smell of decaying animal above our heads!!!!! read more

I had excellent service from Eric. The first time I called to have an attic inspection thinking there were some rodents. He inspected and said there was old evidence but nothing current. Then I called because birds were nesting in the eaves. He came out and quickly remedied the problem (after the chicks left the nest). Gene helped us remove 3 raccoons on our property that had become a problem. Gene put 3 traps out and we captured them the first night. He came promptly the next morning and removed them. I had a dead rat in my rented business office. Called the Sarasota Critter Control to have them dispose. They quoted $199.00 for removal and $189.00 for total inspection of property. I told them I only needed it removed, they came out, found the rat in the drop ceiling, and threw it away. Then he asked if I wanted an inspection, and I explained that because I don't own the building, I didn't have the authority. He walked around a bit, then told me that he couldn't inspect the building without getting on the roof. I told him I would forward his information to the landlord, and let him decide. Then he gave me the bill, which included inspection. He spent less than 20 minutes poking around my drop ceiling, and then walked the parameter of the building. The total was $415.00 to remove a dead rat. I paid with a check unwillingly, then they sent me another invoice with additional charges. I felt they took advantage of me. I would never do business with this operation again. After speaking with the "so called owner", and getting no where, I have stood my ground on the additional charges, out of principal. I say "so called", because they are obviously a regional franchise outfit, who know nothing about customer satisfaction or the fact that negative comments travel 7 times faster than good ones.
