When she called them to fix what should have been done when the unit was installed, they told her it was only 1 year Warrenty and charged her another $700 to half way finish the work they had already charged her for. Things that should have been done the first time and they returned to finish the work... 1. Insulate refrigerant line (they only half covered line the second time around) 2. Never properly sealed supply duct at air handler or any of the joints for the duct work. Inspection showed it was blowing 68 degrees into the attic. ( they only sealed at the air handler second time around not any of the other joints or connections) 3. Air conditioner was not even secured to the concrete pad. (They did put in 2 L brackets that cost $25) 4. They did not clean the unit. 5. Also the drip pan is not completely under the unit. I would not ever use this company.
